Thanks for all the support and well wishes! Again, QueenHelen and I are heading off to Japan in the morning -- we'll see what kind of internet access we can get while we're there, but we may be off-line for a bit...
 
Congratulations, QueenHelen. Though I didn't get the honour when I auditioned (I lost), it just went to mean that somebody else was meant to win. Congrats, and have a wonderful time!

I thought for sure that I had the shoe-in for October because my entry talked about becoming a lionkeeper because of Aslan. But, when I read your bio, my jaw dropped to the floor. I had been beaten fair and square!! Better yet, you won it all, and fully derserve it!

I hope you have a wonderful time in Ireland. This will be an experience that will be hard to live down in a lifetime, or maybe two or three. I've heard it's a really beautiful place (I'm half Irish, and hoping to go there sometime.) I'm sure you will return with lots of adventures to share with the list here.
