They don't say what colour Jill's hair is in the books. The illustrations show her blonde but the illustrations are often wrong. I imagine her with brown hair most of the time and sometimes like the pictures. I think she looks like jill to me. And she certainly wouldn't be too young since it will be a couple of years before they make the movie. If she's not british that wouldn't be very good though and I have no idea how well she acts.
