Could Taylor Dooley be Jill?

She reminds me of 'Little House' girl! the braids really remind me of the 'Little House' series :)

I don't think it's necessary for her to be British...Robin Wright Penn and Cary Elwes (Buttercup and Westley from The Princess Bride) were very American; in fact, Robin is from Texas and yet both had a very convincing Britisth accent.

I guess she could be if she's young enough now. Although I have never seen her act. Also, she has to be English. I don't know if she is though. She looks good though

:D after you said that...I see the same thing... :D

She looks like Laura Ingalls but without spots in her face :D

you mean, freckles? :D

why does she have to be English? it's being biased toward American actors *or wannabe child actors* who have great talent and yet are overlooked because they're from America. If they have a good dialect coach who knows how to coach them in it, they can come off as a British child and still act. I think what's most important first is the acting, not the nationality. IF they see that she can act and she fulfills their vision of Jill (or even Polly, for that matter) they need to hire her, and then they can work on the accent.

Yeah, that's true. She doesn't HAVE to be English, but at least have somewhat of an accent, but that's something that you can work on. There's soo many American actors and actresses that would be perfect for a role in a Narnia movie! I totally agree with you.

I had a weird dream last night. I was trying to think who could play Jill in the movies and came up with an actress: Emma Bolger.

She is an Irish actress who starred with her older sister, Sarah (who will play Malory Grace in "The Spiderwick Chronicles") in the movie "In America". She was born in Jan of 1996, so by the time they start filming, she will be around the right age for Jill.

Here is a picture of her in a 2005 version of "Heidi"
