Dancing Lawn 2011

Just over six years since I joined NF. Those years have been such a blessing. I've had so many wonderful friends here! NF helped me grow up—taught me how to laugh, and how to help others. And to allow them to help me. Taught me to think through my beliefs, and how to express them. Taught me that I can be more than the shy girl who's no good to anyone if I make the effort. God has used NF—all my dear friends here—to make me far more able to glorify him in my life, and for that I will always be thankful....as I continue to learn! There is always so much to learn. I hope that he has blessed others every bit as much through this lovely forum; I believe he has.

This is definitely a great place to spend time, and it's been fun helping moderate it for the last few years. (even if someone ate all the good cookies in the mod lobby! (all that's left are those green ones which I think TG put there, and I don't want to risk trying them!!))

I agree!
but eeyew! Those cookies were gross. So I've cleaned them up, all 4 canisters-full. But now I'm hungry...

I agree with all y'all have said. I was a grown-up when I came here, but I've changed dramatically too in those years. And my TDL friends, past and present, have been a wonderful part of that.

Let's keep this family spirit alive, and remember: once a king or queen in Narnia, always a king or queen in Narnia, so it doesn't matter if you haven't posted in a year or two, you're always welcome to come back and pick up where you left off.

i agree TDL is the best site besides narnia topics i've met good people on here and have posted on lots of inrresting topics, i'm looking forward to staying here through the year 2011 i know that i haven't posted stuff much because of stress but i still post when i can :)
 
2011 will also be the year when us non-mods will be able to smuggle a hidden camera inside the "inner sanctum" AKA the mod lounge. We will then have video evidence of the many fights they get into because no one wants to wait their turn to cuddle with the BAN button!!
 
TDL is wonderful. When I first joined, everybody was so nice and welcoming, and it didn't take long at all for me to feel comfortable. And now, even though I've only been a member for a little over a year, I really feel like I fit in and belong. It's such a good feeling. I have some amazing friends here. I think joining was a very good decision.:)
 
But the ban button turns people into cookie dough. That was decided recently. And besides I, a non-mod, have been locked in the mod fridge before.

You were locked-in in the mod fridge before? then you probably know who's the guy who goes through the bag lunches when no one is around? Have you seen it, or were your eyelids shut frozen to notice? Rumor has it is some furry creature!!!:eek: We hope to catch that with the hidden camera too!
 
It is the DLF (Dangerous Little Fiend) right now we have GKoN's cloning machine behind the mod fridge cloning cookies to keep it out of the fridge.
 
I had been a fan of Narniafans on facebook, and wandered that site for a while before I saw the forum. Then I checked out the forum early last year and thought 'weird.' I have learned just how wrong I was. I am shocked by how family friendly this site is, hownice everyone is, and how safe it is here. My mom isvery cautious online bcause of what can happen online but this is the one site that I feel that it is safe. I am also shocked that this place is more addicting than facebook(which I hardly visit anymore). I am surprised at how mAny of my friends that I know in real life that I have shown this forum and have joined (RSS, WBW, & QW), and I have another friend who may want to join. This place is amazing!!
