1. make a banner dedicated to a friend on TDL
example: a green eggs and ham banner for lonny or an eric lindros banner
for MG-GT
2. the banner you make belongs to the person you dedicated it to if they want it

is it ok to do a banner but not be like a movie or anything just kinda my own conceptual agenda?
