Rynn and the two boys walked into the Smitty's shop, the entrance poured into a long hall wya and curvedinto a room full of armor and weapons, a chubby man sat upon a chair and smoked a pipe Now what would a female want in a shop like mine? He asked sarcastically as he stared at Rynn and ignored the other two. I need a suit of Armor for myself and two companions, we also need two good swords for them. Rynn said. The Smitty looked at Rynn and chicled A woman going off to battle? Ha! That's cute, but I make weapons for the soilders of Surdana, I have no time to make suvineers dear ladyHe said then laughed at his compliment Well this is an ergant matter, I need three suits of armor and two swords, I have gold and I'm sure I can find a differnt smitty Rynn said as she showed him a sack of gold the Queen gave to her. The Smitty's eyes lit up No. no I am the best Smittly in town! Stay I will prepare your weapons! Why only two swords, dont you need one? He asked Rynn in a polite tone No I have one, but I would like a good strong bow if you do not mind.Rynn snapped Yes a bow, I shall have them ready by afternoon tomarrow, and I will need to have my dresser size you to find a right fit.

Ruben chuckled a lil greatful of Rynn buying them all siuts of Armer and swords. he looked to Rynn smileing, "it's awfully kind of you to buy are siuts using the money the Queen gave you, Rynn" he said in a kind tone.

Its all good. Were a family now and we need to stick together. Were all thats left of our people and we are going to make quite a comeback!She said as the dressers began to measure all three of them

"that we are!" agreed Ruben as a dresser was meashuring him and the others beside him. when Rynn wasn't looking he looked to her giving a seet smile.
 
When the dressers were finally finished Rynn lead the others out and across the streed to the inn, she stopped and looked up at the castle and took in a whisp of fresh air, then an old woman passed her giving her the nasteyist look Whats your problem? Rynn asked, the old woman turned around and glared Females learnin sword fighting and magic! Hech, you should burn with the rest of the whitches! She yelled then took off

The old woman turned and sneared at Ruben then went about her buisness. Rynn turned and smiled at Ruben Thank you, hey look over there. Its the towns bar, lets go in and have a few before we leave to save mankindRynn joked then walked toward the bar

Ruben smiled back at Rynn. "your vary welcome, yes lets's have a few before leaving to come back as heroes" Rubem joked along with Rynn then followed her towards the bar.

As they walked in every one looked up and stared at the three as the entered. No one had smiles upon thier faces. Some were drink with depression and the bartender stood wiping off the counter with a sad look upon his face. Rynn slowly stepped toward her as she felt the villagers eyes beaming upon her So they have sent for a woman to save us A man in the back sighed doubtfully

Not a woman who looks like she is bearly out of the age of 17! The man laughed. Others around him began to laugh also, all but a man who sat alone in the corner. He was cloaked in a dark velvet cape. He stared at Ruben from underneath the hood. Meanwhile Rynn ignored the men's comments and walked up to the bartender and asked for thier drinks. She took them to the table and set a beer infront of herself and Ruben, thenhanded Ajah a glass of mike Ahh whats up with that? He complained You know you are not old enough yet Rynn laughed

Ruben glared at the men but didn't say a word he then noticed the man that was sitting alone in the corner and was curious about him but still didn't say anything more. once he was seated with the others he looked to Rynn and her brother, "I bet they won't be making jokes like that once were the ones who saved there behinds from utter despair.." he said with a pleasent tone deciding not to let the other mens cruel side comments and cruel laughter bother him.

The man in the back continued to stare at Ruben, almost like he knew him. He then stood up and walked towards them he kept his eye fixed upon Ruben as he slowy sat in a chair next to Rynn, Rynn looked at him and suprise May I help you She asked, the man lifted the hood off his head and Rynn gasped for it was Dehrimon; Ruben's father who left to join the forces of Queen Mychala many years agon

Yes it is He said with no emotion on his face Why have you come here Ruben? It is not safe? A dragon rider has been discovered and now there is talk about the dessert lords attacking the city. You must go back home before this even occurs. He said not knowing Rynn was the dragon rider

Ruben pulled himself together, shaking his head a lil then said with qiut a lot of emotion showing on his face, "no, father I'm sorry but I can't leave, the dragon rider is a vary close friend of mine and I wouldn't dare leave a friend in need"

Then I am too late. Does this mean you will travel with the rider? He asked. Rynn stood stll listening to thier conversation not knowing what to do. Ajah was still wide eyed to see that someone from thier village was general of Queen Mychala's army

"yes I'm afraid it does father" said Ruben in a down tone. he was feeling hurt that his father didn't even seem glad to see him again but nevertheless he pushed his feelings aside.
