Elendil flinched as a dark figure took a step towards her and raised it's hand, beckoning the beings behind it forward. Disterbed dust rised in the air as more figures came forward. . .

Elindil grabbed for her sword....Only to find it wasn't there.
"Come to me..." Whispered the ghost like creature.
Elindil took a step backwards. A cold wind blew, slamming the door shut and blowing out the touch. "Come to me..."

(Cleo, you narrate YOURSELF!)

[[Oooooooh. . .well, I'm 'it'! :p]]

The creature wore a black and green dress with it's hood pulled over to hide it's face.
"Give me your weapons. . ." The voice continuted.
"You've taken it already," Elindil snapped.
"Huh?" the eeryness dissapeared from voice. "You had it a minute agooo. . ." Cleo said, trying putting the eeryness back in her voice. "Where is your sword?"
"Here." Said a voice behind her. . .

"What???" Elindil spun around, her cloak flapping in the cold wind. She was sure she had regocnized the first voice, but the second??? "Cleo?" She asked slowly. "Was that you?"

"Cleo?" The figure had started slightly when Elindil had said her name and shifted nervously. "Never heard of her." She answered haistliy.
"CLEO!!! GIVE ME MY ROYAL CLOTHES BACK!!!" Roared a voice from behind Elindil. . .

. . .a furious skeleton stalking over to Cleo to tear off the robes to reveal a scared, skinny and dirty skeleton. Putting them on, the angry skeleton raised Grace's sword and. . .

The door suddenly opened again, filling the place with light. The Skeletons all fell to the floor with a rattle. "I guess they can't stand sun light." Elindil muttered, picking up her sword. Then a horrible thought dawned on her. "CLEO! You're a skeleton!!!"

Cleo had tried to leap back into the shadows as the light streamed in. But the light had filled the whole room and Cleo sat slumped agaist the wall, while tears formed in her eye sockets. :)p)
"Grace. . .I'm sorry. . ." Was all she managed to wheeze out, before. . .

...She collapsed in a heap of dust. "CLEO!" Grace yelled, leaping to her feet and yanking her cloak off. She quickly dumped the bones into the cloak. "I'll save you Cleo!!! I'll find you medicine!"

ooc: LOOOOL!!! I think I just died, or well, re-died. :p

ic: The plie of dust stared sadly at the kneeling warrior. She couldn't speak anymore, but she tried to ESP to her dear friend. "I know you will. I knew you'd come back."

"I could never forget my bestest buddy!" Elindil replied, crunching the bones in a bear hug. "I missed you! Now look at you! You're all bony and cracked, and dirty and cobwebby!"

MF woke up and jumped. Ouch, she hit her head on the ceiling. "Where am I, what happened, can I have a cookie?" she screamed in panic.

ooc: i don't get the point of this, but it sounds funny

"Who's there?" Elindil grabbed her sword off the floor with one hand and the bone filled cloak with the other. "Show yourself because I set my octopus on you!"

LOL! This sort of stuff doesn't usually have much of a point, Susi. :p

Even though the light had completely sapped all her strenght, Cleo felt a heart renching urge to cry at her friend's loyalty.

"ouch", susi rubbed her hurting head. "it's me, susi, an almost innocent girl whose only goal in life it is to avoid these stupid ceilings... no need to get all swordy on me... now how about these cookies?"
then she noticed elindil's sword and her jaw dropped.
"quick, catch it" cried her teeth. susi quickly regained her composure and acted as if she hadn't just seen the sword that, in her own hands, would change ever last corner of the world.... *dramatic music*

Then Dernhelm entered the room. She saw the two strangers and cried out, "What are you doing here?" Her eyes wandered over the skeletons, and then to Elendil's makeshift bag. Crossing the room quickly, she snatched it away, and said...

"Cookies?" Seeing the horrified look on Elindil's face, she decided it must have been cookies. "Hahahaha!" She ran out the door as fast as her legs could carry her.
"NO!!!!" Elendil screamed, her face turning red with rage. "That's my friend!"
"Cookies are my friends too!" Derny replied, her voice getting further and further away.
Elindil reached for her octopus. Derny would soon suffer the wrath of Puddgy.

susi's stomach grumbled when she heard "cookies" and she reached into her pocket where her secret inflatable cookie jar lay. but her hand fell into thin air. the cookie jar was gone. faster than lighning she jumped onto elindil, drew her sword and held it to her throat.
"where's me cookies?" she screamed, and the sniffed the air about her. "hey, you smell nice!"

"I don't have any cookies! I only have Pudgy!" Elindil reached into her pocket and threw Pudgy at the fast escaping Dernhelm. Then burst into tears. "She's taking my bones!!!"
