I know a lot of good ones, from Randy Stonehill (that dates me!) on up. But of all the wonderful ones, I think my all time favorite is Michael Card's The Final Word. It's a meditation in its own right.

I love everything by Casting Crowns, and David Phelps. My favorites are Set Me Free, Word Is Alive, and Praise You In This Storm by CC. And Revelation, End Of The Beginning, and Virtuoso by David.:)
