Favorite race of Middle earth?

Whats your favorite race in Lord of the Rings?
I like the Hobbits.

As I have discussed earlier in another thread (not that we were spamming or anything ) Hands down, I like the Hobbits the most. Hobbit lovers unite. They are so cute and have such an intreguing culture.

The Hobbits without a doubt. I just love them so much. The Periannath where the race least expected to destroyn the ring. I love the idea of such a small and innocent race who went on this tough journey. You gotta love them.
But my most favorite character besides the Hobbits is Gil-Galad of course
