Vego! veago! veego! 1 of those are the right spelling
the king of lord of the rings
It's Viggo Mortensen

I just can't see him doing it.
(and he's American)

me neither. he's too old and i don't think he could pull of a performance as Caspian. They have way too different personalities, and even though he's an actor, I don't think we could get the same juvenille-ish vibe.

PRINCECASPIANWANNABE!!!

No, jk...:)
i'd say robert pattinson if he was younger....
but he's like 20 now so no...:(

i'd say.........actually...ihave no clue......silly me...

Of course, you can get a british accent from watching BBC news daily and your friends with a few Britts. BBC is the best news station because it is actually truthful and it talks about national policies, not just US crap!

Most children can't do a good British Accent, and it isn't about the accent, it's about the fact that Pippa Hall only casts British Children.

Such little faith in me my young Brittish (slightly pompus, arogant) friend. O well, so how are you doing these days. Done school or are you in all year round school?

Due to his success in "Kingdom of Heaven" former elf Bloom may play the young but valorous Caspian in the 2nd Disney flick of the Narnia series. With Lord of the Rings and Pirates of the Caribbean, the Narnia sequel would make him a three time winner in the fantasy bonanza now hitting Hollywood.

His sudden availability is due to production problems on another project, which may delay release or completely send the film straght to dvd based on screenings responses. Opening room in his schedule is now available for a tight shoot on a strictly paced shooting schedule with pickups. The actor's slight frame and youthful appearance may convince audiences he is a boy Prince.

Is this why Disney is delaying principal photography for "Caspian"?

Bloom's current acting gigs end at the post prod on Caribbean 2 and principal filming Pirates 3. Rumors about the actor's unhappiness with proposed editing might be making him anxious to resume leading man roles.

He is unsigned to other projects as yet after those above.

***

Tom Wilkinson may play Uncle Miraz.

Trivia note: Wilkinson was almost cast as Denethor or Theoden in LOTR but didn't want to take the long time off away from family.

Tom Wilkinson?????? I remember him as the British General Cornwallis in the Mel Gibson movie THE PATRIOT, and as this farm guy in the Ang Lee movie, RIDE WITH THE DEVIL. I can't picture him as Theoden, Denethor, OR Miraz. He isn't mean looking enough for Miiraz.

of corse he wont, it's betta to cast an unknown or not very well known actor for these roles because it makes it WAY more believable and reality is an element needed in fantasy flicks!

Ideas for caspian!

I have some ideas on who could play caspian. They're all not british, but maybe we could give them a chance:

Liam Aiken
Zac Efron
Jesse McCartney

Well, who knows! They might surprise us!

hahaha...i could actually see zac efron playing caspian, as long as he's good w/ a sword (and a british accent)...liam aiken might be good too, but i really can't see jesse mccartney as caspian...what about the kid that played peter pan in the recent movie??? he'd be awesome!!!

You mean Jeremy Sumpter? He'd be alright. Better than *shudder* Jesse and *shudder* Zac. I really like Liam Aiken, but for Caspian... I don't think so. I still think the best choice is Alex Pettyfer since he's British and looks right for the part. PCWB also looks right for the part, but I don't think they're going to hire somebody who isn't British for the part. But hey, they might.

No pettyfer. No. He does not look like Caspian in my mind...no, no, no. Liam would be good, and Jeremy Sumpter, but Zac Efron or Jesse McCartney...no, no, no again. And NO Orlando Bloom!!!! But he won't be cast b/c Pippa Hall is not that dumb.
