I really don't think thats a problem. In many movies american actors have a great english accent, it's just a question of trainning. :cool:
 
To play Caspian

I think they should go with someone who's unknown, and they should be British.
I think Orlando Bloom's to old and Jeremy just isn't royal-looking. But that's just my opinion.
 
I think they were saying Lando Bloom oughta be Rillian......and I totally agree with them!! He would be a perfect Rillian!! As for Jeremy Sumpter.....I will keep my mouth shut.......most of you in this post would hate me forever if I said what I was thinking..... :p :p :p

that's why were all here to have dicussions, right?
i just always imagined jeremy as caspian since the first time i saw him on peter pan.
 
I did not see Peter Pan, so I have no idea how good this Jeremy fellow is at acting. But the pictures of him that I have seen.....I just wouldn't be satisfied if he were cast as Caspian.
I think there might be someone better suited for the part....

Also, a lot of people have mentioned his friendship with Anna....big deal!! Anna probably has lots of friends, especially now that she is a world-famous actress (hint hint). Does anyone know if Jeremy even knew her before the filming started?

I am skeptical quite often, and I don't mean to offend anyone, but I really think there is someone out there that is better suited for the part than Jeremy Sumpter.

As for the accents....I love America. Guess why, JK. But I think it would be hysterical if Caspian had a Scottish or Irish accent. British would be lovely. Anything but French....For some reason I cannot understand people who talk with French accents.

I think most people would say my personality is very outgoing. It might be fun to be in the next Narnia since I'm friends with Anna Popplewell and I'd like to go back to New Zealand and Australia again.
 
AUSTRALIA?!? Since when are they filming in Aussie-land?!? He sounds like he would bug me if I knew him personally. But maybe he is nice and I just don't know it. I still believe that there is someone out there who IS CASPIAN. Not just some actor, but actually IS Caspian. Do any of you writers/musicians understand what I mean? They can't just be some cheesy, cute little actor; they have to BE the person and play the part and make Caspian come alive and haunt us in our sleep and make us believe in him!! Not that this has anything to do with Jeremy....but there is a true Caspian out there, just waiting to be chosen for the part.

well, first off, i just want everyone to know that i didn't start to say jeremy because i thought he was good looking for the part, i'm a boy and i don't go that way. but because i saw his acting abilities, this is the reason that i've said for such a long time (even before that i joined this forum) that jeremy should play as caspian. for me being a true narnia fan since i was first read the whole series when i was just in the 3rd grade, i juat always pictured what the characters would look like, and the first time that i saw jeremy i just thought: wow, there's are future caspian, and i told everyone this, even eneryone in my family, who aren't nearly 1/8 of the narnia fan that i am.

and i think that not every character should be a unknown, don't get me wrong, a lot of them should be, but for this particular character, they should get someone like jeremy (not well known, but still known).

and you're welcome drumer-girl!

and i think that since he and anna were both young actors that they may have ran into each other while auditioning.

Actually they probably met on the set of Peter Pan because Freddie Popplewell is in it so Anna probably came to visit her litte brother.

I'd have to see him in costume and stuff to get the whole effect. But if he was Caspian I'd be happy because then I'd actually like someone in Narnia.

No I just don't think anyone is hott in Narnia and I think Jeremy is hott. So I would be happy!
I love everyone in Narnia they seem like very fun people to hang out with!

sorry! i misinterpited what u said, i thought u meant the actuall characters, u didn't like!
yah but the actors are o.k.! they seem like they will be cool to hang with!
