Futuristic Empire Rebellion RPG

FINALLY...................... :p

It was time....

Hayden had fallen asleep a little, when the alarm on his watch beeped.."uh! uh! what?!.." he woke up..."Vasia!.." he called

Vasia nodded silently. She turned the door-knob, peeking outside. The coast was clear. She quietly walked out and started up the hall. They would have to take an untraveled passageway for an exit. Vasia had it all planned out, but now as it was all coming in to play she had her doubts.

Hayden followed silently, thiking again and again the plans Vasia told him. He was sure he knew it all, but, now, his mind played with him, now, was truly the moment.

They scurried down random corridors like two mice caught in a maze. The least guarded door was only about 100 yards away from them now. So close... Vasia thought. It was almost as if she could smell the freedom; taste it on her lips.

Hayden bit his lips, now they were more closer, each moment more closer...his heart beated fast, with the freedom feeling about to be true...Now, he felt secure, they were almost there, nothing could ruin it.

Vasia spotted the single guard that protrold the area. She hid quietly behind a lip in the wall where is poor sight would never reach her. Waiting; she waited until his back was turned and she darted out of the open void that led to life, to freedom, to everything she'd missed for so long.

Hayden Stepped out, quickly, before the guard spotted him...He grinned, and watched everything...he missed this som much...he looked at her, smiling.

Vasia glanced around, making sure no guards were near. She had definitely chosen the right time. It was pitch black and slightly cold outside, but there were no people in sight at all. She nodded, remembered what what next. She ran at full speed through the unknown darkness. To her left she could see the watch beacon coming their way, but ahead she saw where the ground sloped; their perfect hide-away.

"Common!" she hissed through the darkness behind her to Hayden. She couldn't see how near he was, but if he was too far behind they could be spotted. Soon they came to the small crest where they could hide behind. Vasia jumped over it and laid down on her stomach, right before the light passed over, missing her completely.

"Where? You're over the crest right?" Vasia whispered, her voice hoarse. "They didn't see you?!" If they had caught one little glimpse of them their cover could have been blown.
