Easy, I could go without carbs (or starch). I ussually don't eat that much of it anyways, so it wouldn't be too much of a problem (however, I would end up missing yorkshire puddings).

Same Q.

High protien helps build and repair muscles. I take a whey protien drink when I'm finished at the gym. Starch is good for a quick and easy boost of energy. Football players (Soccer to Americans), usually have a big helping of spagetti or something starchy before a game to help with energy. I much prefer the taste of spagetti to Whey but Protien helps after a good workout. Mind you, watch out if you plan on taking Whey... if you already have enough protien in your diet, it might just end up causing you to gain more fat weight than muscle weight.

LoL... sorry about that. I'm big on going to the gym although i'm not insanely buff or scary looking. I'm currently up to my eyeballs in endurance and strength training to get into the military. :p

Actually Neevil, Carbohydtrates are just as important in building muslce as protien is. Especially if your gaining weight, you need alot of carbs in you diet. I've found that a 2/1 racio of Carbs to Protein works best (I'm also pretty big into the weight lifting, gym, workingout thing ;)).

Yorkshire puddings - ROCK ON!!!!!!!!!!! I feel unclean as a Yorkshireman though.... It was only afew weeks ago I realised the proper way to eat them... I feel like I've let my county down...

Anyway - for me protein cos meat is just WAY too nice not to eat. I could NEVER be veggie...

Hmmm, probably end up cuttting the meat - it would be sad, but hey, at least I could still eat of Mcdonalds - fries, shakes, and I'm pretty sure that a Big Mac has never had anything close to meat in it. :p

New Q.

Who is your favorite fictional villian?

Yeah, he was the coolest!!! I wanted to see him much more in the movie. With all those light sabres in his many hands. Scary!

Same Q -- favorite fictional villain.

Favorite villian, it would have to be the Fibbler from Bible Man! (Just kidding, I went to see my little bro and sis and they were watching it and making nasty comments because he kept mis-quoting the scrptures:))

Seriously, it would probably be the original Count Dracula, he was such a good villian.
