Harry Potter 7 Epilogue (for those of you who have finished Deathly Hallows)

"It's been good. Dad has been looking for some pretty cool plants for us for Herbology." Hannah said putting her stuff above their heads on the rack. Ashes, her gray kitten leaped up onto James' lap. "How was your summer? How is your family?" Hannah asked pulling out her wand and sitting down.

James smiled and started to pet ashes. " It was good , we went to the Quittich world cup and stayed at Ron & Hermione's. It was great fun. And my parents are good, a bit sad about myself and Albus heading off to hogwarts. Espicially Al because its his first year. Rose is sad too because she wanted to come " he said laughing. " Oh and Ive learned the Patronous charm , dad taught me , I found out my patronous is a lion " he said looking at his wand.

"I was at the World Cup too! My dad took me. He couldn't go when he was at Hogwarts, and he wanted me to get to experience it. We camped with Luna and her family. A Patronous! Wow! Do you think you could teach me?" Hannah asked in awe.

" Sure we acn start now " he said smiling. " To cast a patronous , just think of all things that make you happy and hold onto that. Then , say the words Expecto Patronoum and an animal should pop out of your wand , watch me " he said pointing his wand at the door. " Expecto Patronoum " and a lion shot out of his wand. It ran fore the door and out into the hall. "Uh oh " said James. He then made it quickly sissapear before anyone could notice. " You try " he said smiling at Hannah
 
Hannah stood up and pointed her wall at the door. She closed her eyes and thought of a happy memory. She thought of her first year at Hogwarts, being sorted into Gryffindor. "Expecto Patronoum" Hannah said. A small stream of silver flashed out of her wand but no animal. She sighed.

James looked at her. " Its okay , its only the first try " he said smiling. " Try to think of a very happy and enjoyable memory. Like for example mine would be this summer at the world cup. Watch , EXPECTO PATRONOUM " and again the lion exploded from his wand so hard it made him take a few stepos back uncontrollably. He flicked his wand and the lion evaporated back into his wand.

" Try again "
 
Helena sighed for what seemed like the millionth time that day. She had nothing to do except float around the castle. She had been to the library to see what some of the ravenclaws were reading, but she lost intrest in that. So she floated around for the rest of the day, avoiding the Bloody Baron when she could.
 
Hannah thought again. The World Cup was pretty amazing, but then her dad's parents popped into her mind. She thought of the day her grandmother first recognized her it had only been a year ago this Christmas. She smiled and her eyes filled with tears. "EXPECTO PATRONOUM!" A silver Phoenix erupted from her wand and flew around the compartment and through the door then vanished. Hannah watched it, it was so beautiful!

ic: the door to Al's compartment opened again and there stood another girl around their own age. "Hi, my name's Vida Longbottom, can I sit with you?"

" Sure " said Al smiling. " My names Albus Potter " he said again looking at his new friend. "
 
"Thanks! Maybe we should go check on Al and then find Vida and make sure they change into their robes. Maybe we should also warn them about how dangerous it is crossing the lake at night because of the merpeople and giant squid." Hannah said laughing at the thought of Vida's face when they warned her.

" Good idea " said James smiling. " Al is frightened to death of merpeople, common lets go " he said leading her out of the compartment.
