Harry Potter 7 Epilogue (for those of you who have finished Deathly Hallows)

"Oh yes!" She said smiling still looking out over the lake. The sun was now sinking behind the lake and the sky way the most beautiful it had been so far. Pinks, purples, blues, reds, yellows, and oranges shot out across the sky. "Thank you for asking me." She said looking up at him. She didnt know whether he asked her just because she was his best friend or not but she was very glad and grateful he had.

James smiled and stared into her eyes. He looked back out onto the sky and saw that the sun was almsot fully down. The sky was now errupted with colours. He stared back at Hannah and smiled again. " Im really glad I asked you " he said moving slightly closer to her.

"Me too!" Hannah said as she looked out across the lake. She noticed he moved closer but didnt mind.

James looked out onto the lake. I think she just wants to stay friends .. better not come on to strong he said to himself. He backed away and sat back down by the wall , drinking some more Pumpkin Juice.

Hannah stayed where she was when James went and sat down by the wall. Tears brimmed her eyes as her thoughts shifted to her mother. As darkness surrounded them and then the stars shone brightly above. Hannah was glad, she didnt want James to notice her. She laid down on her back and looked up at the stars.

James gazed up at the stars. He could see the Big Dipper , most of the star signs and a couple more shapes. He lid down by the wall and placed his hands behind his head. After about 10 minutes of stargazing , a shooting star flew through the sky. " Make a wish Hannah " he grinned. He closed his eyes but couldnt think of a wish. He was happy with the way things were going with himself and Hannah and didnt want to push it. So he didnt wish. After a little while more his eyes became heavy , he tried hard not to fall asleep..

Hannah smiled and closed her eyes. If she could have anything in the world it would be her mother. The only other thing she could think of was James, but he seemed content in their relationship so she just smiled and laughed a little. The two things she wanted most seemed worlds away. "We could wish Isla would get detention." She said smiling looking over at James.

James laughed and looked back at Hannah. " Yeah , or grow a third eye and long greasy grey hair " he suggested , grinning. He shuddered at the image and then grinned. " Today was awsome , too bad we couldnt have more free days with no classes " he laughed looking over at Hannah. His eyes became even more heavy. Suddenly his head tilted a little and he drifted off to sleep.

"Yeah too bad." She said. As he fell asleep she sat up with her back to the wall and hugged her knees close to her. She looked to see and saw he was alseep. "I wish he saw me as I saw him." She whispered looking up at the stars and sighed.

What Hannah didnt know was that James wasnt fully asleep. He opened his eyes a tiny bit and smiled weakily. " How do you see me " he asked trying to stay awake.

He tried his best to sit up without falling back to sleep. " It wasnt a trick , Im just a very light sleeper " he said rubbing his eyes. He felt bad. He stood up and walked over to her. " How do you see me " he asked again.

"Nevermind." She said. She was immediately sorry for the harshness in her voice, but she was so embarrassed. "Accio Firebolt!" She screamed, her back still to James who was now directly behind her. She couldnt face him, and she wouldnt tell him more. She heard her firebolt whizzing to her.

James held her by the arm before she could jump onto the broom. " Wait " he said , turnign her around. He could see her eyes filled with tears. " I didnt mean to... " He wiped a tear away from her cheek and a sad look came upon his face. " ...make you feel embarresed " he said finishing the sentence. He looked down at the ground and back up to her. " I...like you too " he smiled , wondering what she would say now.

Hannah beamed. "Really?" She asked, her heart lept.

James moved closer and took both of her hands. He leaned and kissed her lips. When he retrieved , he called upon his firebolt. It zoomed down , and before it got on the balcony , he jumped off the balcony and landed on it , flying off to the Common room to bed.

Hannah was shocked as he kissed her, then jumped off the balcony. She looked over and saw him land on his broom. She smiled a little. He just left? She waved her wand muttering a spell and all their leftover food and the goblets that were still on the balcony. They all vanished. She then hoped on her broom and flew to the ground and headed for the common room. When she reached the common room full of people. She slipped in and up to bed. She laid in bed thinking of James as she fell asleep. The next morning dawned cloudy and rainy. SHe made her way down to the common room, looking for anyone she
knew.


ooc: i have to leave soon for a few hours but i will be back later.

ic: James woke up and went down to the common room. He spotted Hannah and waved followed by a smile. He walked over. " Want to go down and get some breakfast " he smiled. He didnt feel akward about what had happened last night , he had hoped she didnt mind him kissing her..
