i heard the same thing
from my oh so great brother..
but i find it impossible because the prophecy says only one of them will live
and also i saw show in which they showed jk rowling holding a box with the last page of the seventh book...
lol.

A box? My sister (who isn't even interested in HP) found out from watching Newsround or something that the last word of Book 7 is 'scar'. Hmm, it all starts and ends with the scar...
 
yep. she might change the last word though. apparently she wrote the final chapter a while ago but it needs editing.

even though the prophecy says "only one can live.." blah blah blah, it doesn't mean they both can't be dead.

He can't!!! Remeber, no spell can reawaken the dead.
obviously that was from the GoF movie, but they HAD To have asked JKR before if there is, and dumbledore says that there is no spell to reawaken the dead in the GoF book!!!!! (or something along those lines!)

hmmm.... well we should come up with many theories.Actually there already are too many theories, and you can prove or disprove them all, depending on which side you want to take. But some are very creative ideas... if all of this wasn't already terms from Harry Potter, you could write your own stories...

good point but he may not actually be dead in the first place. There's alot of people that think he didnt actually die.

there's a website that shows all the evidence etc that dumbledore is still alive, or that he ordered snape to kill him.

Yes, I am going to keep believing that Dumbledore isn't truly dead until the final book comes out. I just think there's more for his character to do for him to really die.

cause number one
snape would be the only one who is also communicating with voldermort
and is the only one who can seem reasonable to kill him.
in the end.
i think that dumbledore knew voldie wanted him dead... and he knew that snape or draco would do it..
so he asked snape to kill him...
i also think that dumbledore wasn't stupid to keep snape by his side... i hardly believe snape is bad.

Because it would make sense to everyone.
Snape was an insider and a previous Death Eater.

So would it make sense to kill the most powerful wizard and the only one who was truly a fear or nemesis to You know Who? Or is Snape supposed to kill Voldemort then? By going with that route there is a new can of worms opened, and I'm curious which route you guys think will be taken.

I think it is quite possible, and I only ask, because I've come up with my own thoughts on that, but want to know how far others might take that route and where that may lead.
