Vida ran off in search of Al, vaguely thinking that if she saw Scorpius on the way she might bring him along.

Al was sitting in the court yard reading a book on spells and such. it wans't really much he didn't know already btu it was interesting all the same
Vida was about to begin her search inside when she happened to glance out in the courtyard and saw Al reading a book. She hurried over to him, "Hey Al, want to come exploring with us?" she asked. She figured she'd let Chloe or Nick explain the details.

Al glanced up from his book, "uh...sure." he saud with a shrug
"Let's go find Chloe then, she's probably met up with Nick by now."

Chole came to Nick " Nick I'm here," she told him.
"Oh good," he looked up from a book he had been reading while leaning against a tree down by the lake, "How are we going to do this?"

She sighed " I have no clue but I do have new spells if that happens," she told him, hooking her arm into his " Nick I was wondering if it's Ok with you next week is my birthday and I want to spend it with you and my sister," she told him.
"Since it's the daytime we won't be running into any werewolves even if there is one in there. I was just thinking we might go and check for any signs of a werewolf." He put his book in his bag, "Sure, speaking of which I have to talk to your sister about what I should get you," He attempted to look mysterious but failed miserably. "Oh look," he pointed across the grounds, "There's Vida and Al, we can get going."

She rolled her eyes " OK, come on lets go," she told him, walking up to her sister and Al " Hi Sis hi Al," she told them.
"Hey sis," Vida said back, "I suppose we're going now."
"Yes we are," said Nick, starting off toward the forest. "But we have to make it look like we aren't going to the forest or we'll be stopped by someone."

She giggled " OK, fine by me," she told him.
"Here, how about you and me go by way of the Whomping Willow," Vida said to Chloe. "You two boys can go closer to the castle and we'll meet up in the outskirts of the forest."
"Sounds good to me," said Nick, "what about you two?"
