"The problem being, knowing Fred he could be anywhere in the castle." Ben looked down the hallway, "But it's fairly early in the day, he can't have caused that much trouble yet."



Vida secretly hoped that they wouldn't but she just shrugged, "Well we won't be finding an actual werewolf, but we might find some traces of where one has been." They had reached the Whomping Willow and they turned to start walking toward the forest.

She nodded " All right well if you need any help I got my book," she told her.

"Here we go, this is going to be the hard part." Vida glanced around to see if anyone was watching, they were standing behind a tree not that far from the forest. "On the count of three we run to the forest, keeping low so we won't be seen, all right?" She grabbed her sister's hand, "One, two, three!"

Fred walked into the common room and saw Ella and Ben. "Hey guys, what are you up to?" He asked.


"We were getting tired of reading so we were going to practice some of the spells and stuff before teaching them tonight." She said standing up.

ooc: i dont know where AL is....i think he is with the twins but i'm not sure at all. Hannah and James were on the way down to spy on Quait and April, but got a little sidetracked....probably about time they got back on track. Ella, Fred and Ben are practicing for the first lesson thing

James glanced over at April and Quait who were both sitting then back at Hanna, "i don't know why but there is something about him." he muttered randomely

She looked at them then at him. "What do you mean?"

"I don't know," James said shaking his head, "there is just...this feeling."

"Because of how he treats April or because he is a Slytherin and good friends with Isla." She asked.

"I'd like to think that him being slytherin has nothing to do with it," james sighed, "but perhaps it is because of Isla."

She nodded and smiled James gave everyone a chance, even if they were slytherin. She shouldnt have assumed that was the reason. "Are you going to say anything to April?" She whispered in his ear so the couldnt hear.

"I don't know." he frowned, "they've been friends for a lot longer than she and I have been friends. I don't know if I have to right to say anything."

Hannah looked at him, "Yeah that's true, maybe we'll just have to keep a close eye on him?" She said.

James smiled, "yah we will have to sharpen our spying abilities."

Hannah smiled weakly, "Or we should practice focusing." She said trying to control her heart and breathing.

"well you can practice on that all you want because I think I'm focoused on exactly what I want to be." he smiled

She blushed and looked down, but she was smiling. She took a deep breath before saying, "And what's that?"

"You are so funny," he smiled as he pushed her hair out of her face, "I think you know."

She looked up. "I do, it's just nice to hear." She whispered smiling weakly her heart racing at his touch.
