Hasbro vs Disney Store Narnia toys: HELP!!

Yes I do like the Disney figures better. They seem to be higher quality, and I like the six boxed figures of the main characters. I uh, want to also get Peter's sword and shield toy set as well from Disney. :D

I was lucky to get this really neat McDonald's display thingie with the Happy Meal figures in it :

Shopping on ebay is great when you find SUPER deals. Someone was wanting to practically give this away for nothing.

Change the set at the bottom?

I think what they meant was, at the moment you have the White Witch scene at the bottom. Is it possible to change it to something else?

No because that's the background of the cardboard wardrobe thingie. I can't change it and I wouldn't want to. That's the whole point of getting that set....

Yeah, the Disney Store figures are better.Hasbro didn't make figures of all characters I think (for example,I haven't found Lucy,Susan or Jadis in their collection). And they don't look very realistic either..

my store sold lucy and susan. they were they small scaled ones that could easily blend in with the battle. they costed only $2.98 but hwen i went to go buy them all, they were sold out of the lucy/tumnus ones so i just got the other 3 kids and dealt with the incompletetion of my set :(

Do they have an online store?

If not, get them to order it in for you.

From what I could see I don't think there's a way to order it from the online Hasbro store. I have to control my collecting somehow because the Hasbro line is very large...and I have no room for them. So I am kind of glad...I can't order them from their site LOL.

my kb toys just gets whatever is leftover in the warehouse. i found one site selling the tiny $2.98 set for like 20 dollars. i was like..no way! lol

yea, the batteries are probably my only mint packaging lol. i opened everything else...even the racecar because i wanted to see what the other side looked like lol :p

i was looking at random narnia stuff on ebay. if i had my way, id probably have ordered about 20 things that night i was browsing. i found the electronic peter's sword/shield set but the lady was selling it for about 50 dollars -_- and she was selling lucy's gift (the one i have with the vial, dagger, and cape) for the saem price. i bought mine for only 15 dollars, so its definitely inflated.

You have to really shop around on ebay. The best deals I got were on the NECA statues, and you have to search carefully. I've made the mistake in the past of not doing that...and a couple times I saw that Narnia signed script go up to 50 dollars with 16 bids, when you could have scrolled a few pages behind that item and found the exact same thing with no bids for 15 dollars. Usually if an item reaches a higher price I'll just wait til another seller lists it, or search for a much cheaper item. I usually find em, too. :D

alrighty, ill keep that in mind once i open an acct. when i turn 18, im gonna get a debit card at my bank. :D

Paypal is a convenient way to pay for items esp overseas stuff, and believe it or not I actually did get some 'foreign' Disney Narnia items that are unique only to the UK or Franc. Isn't that weird...buying Disney things from 'another country' LOL.

I think IceMaiden meant wierd as in Narnia is a (predominantly) British thing, and it's strange that you can buy things from companies outside Britain, which are to do with a British thing.
Lol.dat

Yah I meant it felt weird to buy Disney things outside the US since Disney is so American an icon. But the other countries often have different liscensing to make unique items specifically for their countries alone, although not a lot.
