How do you decorate for a Narnia themed party?

I would think just add Aslan and all the charachters on the cake and do it outside with some fake animals and some toys of them, I have not actually tried these things yet or have done them but I might.

Pay attention to the following.

Too many adults, encouraging children to take the easy shortcut, have taught the children to cut paper snowflakes IN QUARTERS. But actual snowflakes have, not a four-sided symmetry, but a SIX-sided symmetry. And this CAN be done without great difficulty.

First, cut CIRCLES from sheets of white paper. Then fold each circle in half. Find the center point of the straight side. Set a thumbnail against the fold at this point, KEEPING the existing fold closed. Take hold of one corner, and bring it over to meet the curve. Adjust this so that what is now visible is the equivalent of two side-by-side pie slices, about equal in size. Then fold the remaining part, so that what you see is like a single piece.

Now you see two straight edges, and one curve. Now your scissors can create HOLES in the paper, not only edge-notches. If you want symmetry in your finished snowflake, any cuts in the straight edges need to be identical. And any cuts into the curve must be centered. Follow these instructions, and what finally unfolds will ACTUALLY resemble a true, natural snowflake. Make forty or fifty of these, and stick them up everywhere before the party begins.

Doing this is an inexpensive way of suggesting the Witch's Winter. At whatever time seems appropriate to the hostess, have everyone pluck down the snowflakes, representing Aslan ending the curse of winter.
