Hmm, I honestly don't think it will make as good of a movie, because of the plot and also in my opinion, of all his outstanding 7 books, PC is the "least excellent." Particularly, I can see the beginning being a bit slow or they may have to change the storyline so that it makes some of us die-hard book fans unhappy. Also, I think it will be tricky (and easy to screw up on film) to make the part about Aslan revealing himself one by one to the children as they march on towards Caspian's camp in chapters 9 & 10. Hopefully, I am just being overly pessimistic and it will turn out wonderfully and even better than LWW, but this is how I feel at this point...

I think it will be nearly impossible for this movie to be better than LWW.
There really is not that much to the story! You know how they combined it w/ The Dawn Treader in the old BBC version! I think they did that because there wasn't enough stuff to make the movie long enough! I hope it is great!

To be honest, I don't like the book as much, but I think this one might be better than LWW. Reasons, one is Reepicheep, two there is more species that we come into contact that speak regularly and I think this is just a more epic storyline. The directors and the rest of the crew have a better idea of what works and what doesn't and how to visualize and create now this world of Narnia. Thats why I think this one will be even better. Should be really cool, but I just can't wait for the voyage...

I, like, TG dont like PC as much as LWW. In fact its my least favourite of the books. However, I think it will work very well as a film, so I'm not sure...

Everyone is dissing PC, but it is in PC we first have a real, starring role for a badger! This alone should make it a great favorite among the 23,000 people who voted in the Mod Talk Thread that badgers are cute as a button ...

Anyway, PC has lots of great moments, the Bulgy Bear making a fool of himself at the tournament, the kids getting dragged off the train station platform into Narnia (although they don't recognize it), the feats of skill and strength between the kids and Trumpkin -- Trumpkin himself as a character, for that matter -- and the wonderful romp with Bacchus, Silenus and their madcap girls when Aslan liberates Narnia ... It's fantastic!

Y'all just hush up about "don't like PC that much" or "PC is the weakest of the seven." Sheesh!

Yay! Reepicheep rocks socks! Um...I like all the books equally but I don't know as to which movie will be better...I think they'll be the same...because they probably won't be any anymore accurate then the original movie...

i think PC is awesome... one of my fav books! (i actually don't like LWW that much)
further more Reep is my absolute fav narnian ever!!! if they do him right it will be a way better movie!
i also really like trufflehunter and trumpkin ect... i think if they keep to the "facts" and get a good cast it will be great!!

of course the voyage is my fav...so i think that when they make it a movie itwill top them all!

inkspot had it very right! so need i say more?

but i will say, have u guys compared L.W.W. and Caspian to each other?
caspian is a way better story, way better plot and way better characters!
honestly l.W.W. is probably my 2nd least fav. of the narnia chronicles, besides t.H.a.H.B.

so as i said earlier, caspain is going to be a way better film!

to be very honest, prince caspian is my least favourite of the entire series and i must admit that it probably influenced me to say it will be worse. the thing is that the character development in PC is somewhat half baked. unlike LWW where the children bloom as characters, we're faced with 4 main characters who are almost entirely developed and a Prince who seems incapable of wrong. Personally i think that the fate of that movie will rest on the scene of Aslan and Lucy under the moonlight. Nonetheless, i would really love to see how reep is going to look(the spunky little blighter is just too cute and challenging not to mention :D )

I agree with everyone here who's said Prince Caspian is their least favourite book of the series. The part where Caspian is being pointlessly introduced to every talking animal imaginable within a 100 mile radius is the only part of the whole series I actually dislike, and not that much actually happens in the book as a whole, plot-wise. But on the other hand I think it could be a wonderful chance for Adamson and the scriptwriters, etc, to really show their quality and make great additions to the book, as they did in LWW with Edmund's imprisonment and the battle scenes. They won't have nearly as much flexibility to innovate with the other books, as they have much more story that needs to be included. So it could be great or it could be weak imo, depending on the chances the writers take and how they change & adapt the story.

i thought LWW rocked!!! I wanna get it the day it comes out but if my parents won't let me i just can ask 4 it on my b-day which is april 10th! But of course I might be able to rent it on the day it comes out. :D

Caspian will be better than LWW.I'm sure of it, coz besides the Pevensie's will be older,we also met the new characters. It will be lots of CG characters and we also met the Prince :D
