I Wonder who could play the Green Witch??

ok this is totally out there but what about her. she is beautiful and she is not cocasion so that would ad a little twist to it.

Kate has a sort of haunting beauty about her that would work so well in her favor but I think she is just getting a bit too old for that part. I always invisioned the Emerald Witch as early 20s.
 
It'll be a young girl... for Rilian is like 15 when he meets her first time and like 25 after when he meets Jill and Eustace... I believe so... so, he has to be in love with her... she'll be like 26 or something... like 30... dunno. But I'm quite sure about that.
Kate would be very obvious, she played the Lord of the Rings' White Witch... it's not a bad idea, it's jkust that thing...
 
Agree....Uma Thurman has a coolie face...and she can be so elegant cruel like Tilda...


By the way, actress in the picture above is Zhang Zi Yi....

Yeah, i think she would do well. I always kinda pictured The Emerald Witch with blonde hair. It would set off her emerald gown nicely I think. And she really shouldn't look any older than early 30's i think. Uma Thurman would do quite nicely I think.

The last name is Swinton :D And she would fit because of her talent,but she already played the WHITE Witch.I don't personally think that'd work out.The Green Witch and the White Witch are not the same person and should therefore not be played by the same actress.
 
Since my last post, I have finally seen Peter Jackson's "King Kong." Now I can say that ultra-mega-hottie Naomi Watts is also qualified to play the Green Witch.
 
Hm.. their are a lot of actress's whjo could play The Lady of the Green Kirtle. It would be important to pick someone who can be enticing, charming, and yet still get the sense that the person is wicked. I would rather see some fresh play The Lady of Green Kirtle instead of Tilda. Live Tyler and Uma Therman would be intresting choices, since both are beautiful. However after seeing Uma in My Ex super girlfriend, I don't thin kshe has the falre for evil. Liv Tyler however is majestic, beautiful, and enticing, and yet she coudl be pictured as some one wicked. I vote Liv Tyler for being The Lady of the Green Kirtle.
