Well.......technicly a Hero is an important person on either sides of the battlefeild. So you could be an evil super hero.
Like.....Count Dookoo is a hero to the "evil" side. Just as Yoda is a hero on the light side. So yeah. You could be an evil super hero

I wouldn't choose to be anyone thats already been made up. I'd be The Machinist......which I made

I would definitely be good (still), I think though that I would have a combination of superheroes' traits, Indistructibility, Super strength, invisilbilty, spidy sense, flying, super speed, etc.
