If You Could Play Anyone...

I would be shift, King Tirian, or shasta. I always used to want to be edmund. I'm to old for shasta (I think...). Shasta being a slave boy and all... i just imagine him younger. People always like to see little kids in suffering situations triumph. It's not as great with older ones.

If I could play anyone...

I would want to play Susan. Growing up, I used to play Narnia with my cousins. My younger cousin Julie always wanted to be Lucy, so it worked out. If we could get two of other cousins (the four of us were all in the same age group, all born within a 2 year frame), they were both boys and one would be Peter and the other Edmund. So needless to say, Susan has always been a part of me. Also, I was a lot like her, the oldest and I was forever being told to look out for the others and to be a grown up, even when I was young. So I would have to choose Susan because I can relate so much to her.

I have not yet finished the series though I am almost done with "The Voyage of the Dawn Treader" so there might be others I have yet to meet, but so far, for a second choice (if I was younger, mind you) I would choose Jill.

I love acting!! I would be either Susan or Lucy OR A Centaur!!!! :)

I know not all of us are actors here. I am not famous by any means, but enjoy theatre a great deal. I thought that there must be others than me who dreamt of playing a part in LWW the movie?

So my question is this, if you could have been cast as anyone in this movie (or in all of them assuming all 7 are made) who would you be?

My first choice: Jadis the white witch. I have always had an obsession with being the bad guy (or girl in my case) and I would have loved the chance to bring that character to life.

I found at my current age and height the chances of being even considered for Jadis were slim to nill (I'm only 5'2!). So my second choice was Susan. Now that would have been fun!

Now these parts are already taken (but I can dream correct) but if we are to look at future narnian films I have 2 more characters that I wouldn't mind at all if I could play them.

First is Shift. I know I'm a girl, but hey, with make up you can do wonders (plus I've played a boy before in a show, it can be done!). I do a pretty descent monkey impression if I do say so myself.

But thinking in practical terms (I am rarely a practical person though) I would more likely be able to play my second choice, the dryad woman who runs to King Tirian to tell of the felling of the Holy Trees in Lantern waste. Small part, but hey you know what they say, it only takes 15 minutes to be famous, or is it you are only famous for 15 minutes? hmmm....

so, what about you? Even if you can't act, and even if its impossible, lets dream a moment shall we? Who would you want to play?

I would love to play Aravis! I am an actress/model(u would'nt have heard of me though coz no names)I would also like to do Mary Yellan from the book Jamaica Inn when I'm 23!

although i don't think i can act,my older sis is going to be an actress and i would like to follow in her footsteps. But that would be quite hard to do because i'm kinda shy.Anywho enough talk about me.I think i would like to play Aravis[i think thats her name].Because I luvd the "The Horse and His Boy"
Since i have very dark brown hair and dark brown eyes Aravis would probably be the only one i look the least bit like.

If I could act, I would probably like to be Jill or Lucy. They're are just so adventurous (the opposite of me). They would also (hopefully) get all of the hot guys. hehehehehe...........

does anyone know if the director has any plans for eustace or caspian? did they start holding auditions? or is it too early? if they have guys for it, do you know of a site that has pictures of the cast members that have been cast yet?

I LOVE acting, that would be like my dream...Jill is my first choice, then Susan, then...Aravis, but I probably dont look the part for her

I would have loved to be Mr. Tumnus... although... I'm a girl, so that wouldn't work... so scratch that! Mrs. Beaver would be fun to play, except for the fact that I'm 15 and don't sound that old. So, hmmm... A minataur would be fun (I can't spell) although very hot...

i love acting! i would probably (i don't spell good) be lucy or susan. well polly too. and jill. but out of all of them i would be susan or jill because they get a bow and arrows.

oh if I had to shoot a bow I'd miss the target so bad!!

Susan was well cast, and she is an excellent character (tries to "be grown up" and all) but since she loses faith, I wouldn't want to be her.
Aravis would be a very fun role for me. if I were blond I might say Caspian's wife (the star's daughter). But I'm not blond......so....yeah.
I would love to be a centaur, too!! Or Jewell's voice in the Last Battle. Jewell is so loyal and loving.....but isn't he a guy? I'll have to go grab the book off the shelf...
