Isn't this Forum getting annoying...

no, the forum is not getting annoying

the reason why everyone loves the forum is because you can be yourself in it. i mean, i joined because of the narnia books, and i still love them, but the books section is just not so good working as the duffer section. But that is not a bad thing, the members who want to talk about narnia books can post in the narnia books section, the persons who want to duffer, post in dufferland, persons for skandar/william/anna/georgie/other people nites post in cast and crew. that is the great thing about here.

i personally think that people should be able to post anywhere they want, i'll tell you honestly, if the forum was only about narnia a lot of members (probably including me) would get bored and leave the forum, that would also happen if the nites would be shut down, and why would that happen, i mean, if they post in their threads then what is wrong with having nites.

just as the party thing, if you don't like the partys anymore, then don't go to them, but do not spoil the fun for others who do like them.

the great thing about this forum is that a lot of different people come here, and we don't want to exclude people, do we? so i think to make this a better place we just have to accept each other, and post in the threads we like, and respect that other do the same, even if we don't like their threads

Honestly there is a LOT of Narnia in this forum if you'll take the time to find it. Today I posted the text for the first chapter of HEART OF ICE and not one of you here complaining about "No Narnia" or "Only Movie No Book" has read or commented on it.

Fact is, I not only have this very detailed prequel of how the White Witch came to rule Narnia (and parts of it are unabashedly shocking) but I also have a story cycle planned on life in the underground during the 100 year winter. It will be called "The Journey".

All joking aside, Lieke is right you guys. There's a place for everyone. Respect eachother, and get along. You're lucky you can even be here. If it weren't for Paul, then you wouldn't even be able to complain. Everyone has their own area's. Wether it be Dufferland, the Nites threads or in the various other places around the forum. Or a combination of the three.

Yes, I find this forum getting a bit annoying. And you know why? It's not because of the -nites. It's not because of the "Who should play Caspian" It's about everyone trying to force Dufferdom. Being a duffer does not entail saying every random thing in the book. It's being genuinely funny, not tkking lk dis to anny ppl.
 
Aye, listen to Lieke, she puts it very well. The forum is a lot like real life to make everything work you have to have diversity...we all have on thing in common: NARNIA! And other than that we are different and have other intrests, and we all express our love for narnia in different ways...

Despite the confusing statements some duffers might make, that doesn't mean you should speak without vowels.
 
The only thing I find annoying are the Sigs that take up 4 posts each :rolleyes:

Other than that, what's wrong with being random? We all come back to the same place, Narnia.

whoa..5 pages...yeah..the parties and RPG gets me annoyed..and Narnia is not all about the movie..the books count too,

alghough i was not a member of this forum after LWW came out..i read and loved the books be4..but i never found this forum until then

Too bad for them cuz I'm enjoying myself in any part of the forum. I never liked the Skandarnites or the Williamnites but I didn't complained because I never went to their threads. Though I have to admit they were a force to be reckon with :D

As a loving critic of this forum, I see many different ways in which it can be improved. If you want it to be better, make it better. Be the solution.
