I started this story back when they said the new show JONAS was going to be a show about spies. I know that now it's about their lives in high school and stuff, but back when I started it it was still going to be about spies. And FYI, JONAS stands for Junior Operatives Networking As Spies. Not that it doesn't mention that in the story, but...yea. You get the point. Lol. :D
NOTE: I know that these personalities aren't the Jonas Brother's real personalties, but these characters are kinda my own creations. Haha! ;)

CHAPTER 1

It would’ve been a normal day for anyone in Summerville, NH. Anyone but three teenage spies undercover as rockstars who were going to be late for school.

First, let me explain to you about what I mean. Their names were Kevin, Joe, and Nick, and they were three Junior Operatives Networking As Spies. Aka: Jonases. Literally, Jonas was their last name.

They were sitting in their living room on this particular morning, listening to their dad, or the Head Operative, go on and on about school procedures. The school procedures were, if they ran into any trouble at school, they were to contact Home Base immediately, and Home Base would send some real Operatives to handle it.

Because Junior Operatives weren’t allowed to deal with problems. They were supposed to stake out the areas that the real Operatives couldn’t get to, then to contact Home Base, and the real Operatives would take care of it. Sometimes, they thought being Junior Operatives sucked, never being able to do any of the fighting, but that’s what they were stuck with, until they graduated from Junior Operative School.

They were waiting for their dad to finish talking, so they could leave for school already. Then, their dad stopped and went in the kitchen to get some toast out of the toaster, and they made a run for it.

“Phew,” Joe said as they got to school. “Just in time.”

“Yeah,” Kevin agreed. “I thought we’d never get away.” They looked around at everyone who passed by them in the hallways. Everyone who’d thought they were the Jonas Brothers the first time they met them.

But they were. They were the Jonas Brothers, pretending to be normal kids going to a normal school. But no one else knew that. They just thought they were three kids who looked a lot like the Jonas Brothers. That’s why, at school, they had to pretend they didn’t know each other.

Before they went their separate ways, they watched the morning broadcasts with the rest of the kids in the hallways. The reporter was saying, “These recent mishaps have been the talk of the whole school. Recently, the whole school experienced a major blackout, when no other building in Summerville did. That means someone was messing with the electrical wires. The principal is desperately trying to get these recent situations under control, and he would like all students to know that the school will not be closing anytime soon, despite the floating rumors. In other news...”

All three of them looked at each other. “Think we should call home base?” Joe asked, panicking.

“It wasn’t a direct contact.” Kevin observed. “I mean whoever did it didn’t actually come in the school and terrorize us.”

Nick sighed. “The operatives hardly tell us anything. We don’t even know who it is we’re looking out for.”

“Whoever it is must be pretty good at being a bad guy if he can sneak into a High School and disattach some electrical wires.” Kevin said sarcastically. “With my skills, I could do that any day.”

Nick, angry as usual, said, “Whoever it is, is gonna pay!” Then he struck his favorite fighting pose, the Jumpy Python.

Joe and Kevin looked away. Kevin, who was the oldest, and loved correcting his younger brothers, said, “Please, don’t do that in public. Besides, we can’t fight, remember? We’re just staking out the area for the Operatives. Then, once the operatives catch the bad guy, we’re supposed to go back to being homeschooled. Now, we’d better separate before someone realizes who we really are.” And they each went off to their separate classes.

nice!!I can't wait for more!!

Lol haha thanks Audrey. ;)

CHAPTER 2

At the end of the day, they were the last ones to leave, so they could stake out the empty hallways. What they didn’t know was they weren’t alone.

“This school is creepy after everyone leaves.” Joe said quietly, as they were walking through the empty hallways. The plan was, if they were caught, they would just say they were lost. Which they already were.

“Be quiet.” Kevin told him. “I’m trying to remember which way we came in.”

Just then, a door opened to their left. A door that read: TEACHERS’ LOUNGE. A girl came out who had dark brown hair, brown green eyes, and perfect teeth. She noticed them. “What are you doing?” She asked, suspicious.

“We’re new, and we got lost.” Kevin explained. He glanced at Nick, and noticed that Nick was scrutinizing everything about the girl. He tended to do that whenever he met a girl he thought he might like. Then, after that, he tried to impress her. Kevin almost laughed out loud at his brother’s techniques of getting girls.

“Do you need me to help you find the exit?” She asked, squinting at them. “You look familiar. Who are you?”

Kevin coughed, trying to remember the fake names their father had given them.

“Never mind that,” Joe said, saving Kevin. “What were you doing inside the teachers’ lounge, anyway?”

The girl arched a perfect eyebrow. “Getting my tutoring assignment. What else?”

Joe laughed at her. “You have to get a tutor? Well, I guess not all pretty girls are smart, huh?”

The girl frowned. “Thanks for the compliment, but no. I’m the tutor. I’m tutoring some kid named Lewis Hamilton.”

Kevin and Nick both looked up. That was the fake name their father had given Nick. Nick blushed and said, “I’m Lewis Hamilton.” All Nick’s hopes of her liking him were crushed. He had a dorky name, and she was tutoring him.

The girl laughed. “You need a tutor? Well, I guess not all cute guys are smart, huh?”

Then she gasped. “I finally realized who you look like.” She laughed at her idea, and said, “You look like the Jonas Brothers.”

The boys acted like they didn’t know what the heck she was talking about, and Joe said, “I’m Nate Hamilton, and this is Paul Hamilton.”

The girl snickered at their names. “I’m Molly Parker. But you guys can call me Mo. Well, here we are at the exit.”

The guys walked off in one direction, and Mo got her bike and rode off in the other. “See you tomorrow.” Nick called after her.

She looked over her shoulder, raised an eyebrow, and said, “Sure, whatever.”

They walked on quietly, their hands in their pockets, and Nick realized his brothers were staring at him. “What?” He asked them, surprised by their staring.

“How could you like her? She’s a freshman, and she’s supposed to be like, some environmentalist. Tree hugger.” Joe laughed at his younger brother.

“You guys are so rude.” Nick said to his older brothers, and ran the rest of the way home, alone.

Cool. Since I know like nothing about the Jonas brothers except some of their songs you could say they were crazy and I wouldn't know if it was the truth.;)

Its interesting, I like it so far.:)

Am I in the story?
Well you would be if I hadn't written this story a long time ago. :D Plus, I like it better since there's only going to be a couple characters (Kevin, Joe, Nick, Mo, FlipFloss, Little Green Burp Man, Henchman #1, Henchman #2, ect, ect...). :p So don't take it personally, lol. :D

CHAPTER 3
They had training after school that day, as usual. All of their minds were somewhere else during training, so the Operatives who were training them beat them up pretty bad.

Nick couldn’t stop thinking about Mo, and how she probably thought he was such a big dork. He sighed, and got hit in the face.

Joe couldn’t stop thinking of how much he would like to tell everyone at school who he really was. (The rockstar, not the Junior Operative Spy.) He thought about how many girlfriends he would have, sighed, and got hit in the gut.

Kevin couldn’t stop thinking of what it was that the Operatives were hiding from them. He wished he knew so he could help, sighed, and got hit in the-well, never mind.

You’re probably wondering why they were practicing fighting if they never got to fight, anyway. Well, training was only practice for emergency situations, in case they, no matter what, had to fight. It was sort of a self-defense sort of thing.

After training was over, they all sat on the couch, splayed in different directions, when the phone rang. No one was in a hurry to answer it.

“What if it’s Home Base?” Kevin asked, and being the oldest, and most responsible, got up to answer it.

He went back to his brothers with the phone in one hand, and said, “It’s for you, Nick.” Then he mouthed, “It’s Mo.”

Nick made a face at his brother, then snatched up the phone and put it to his ear. “Mo?” He asked. “How did you get my phone number?”

She cut him off. “Listen, I know who you really are.”

Nick’s eyes widened, and he said, “I-I can explain- He thought she was talking about him being a Junior Operative.

Mo interrupted again. “I understand.” She told him. “You didn’t want everyone falling all over you at school, so you made up a fake name. Totally understandable.” Then Nick understood. She was talking about him being a rockstar.

“Don’t try to act like you don’t know what I’m talking about. You know you’re Nick Jonas, and you can’t deny that.”

Nick gave in. “Alright, alright. Maybe I am Nick Jonas, and maybe those other two guys I was with are Kevin and Joe. So whatcha gonna do? Go tell your friends? Go tell the Principal? Go tell the whole school?”

“No,” Mo sighed. “I’m gonna keep it a secret.”

Nick kept going. “Go ahead. I don’t care-wait, what?”

“You heard me.” She replied. “My lips are sealed.”

Nick sighed in relief. “Thanks, you have no idea how much this means- He was interrupted again.

“If you guys do something for me.”

“What?” Nick said. It couldn’t be that bad.

“Be my friends.” He didn’t know she was blushing.

“Don’t you already have a bunch of friends?” Nick was confused. “I mean, you’re like, so cool.”

“Nobody else seems to think so. So I can take that as a yes?”

“Definitely.”

“Thanks, bye.”

“Yeah, bye. See you tomorrow.”

Nick ended the conversation and skipped back to the living room, where his older brothers were looking at him strangely.

“She knows our secret. The rockstar one.” Nick sat down on the couch next to Joe.

“Why the heck did you tell her?!?!” His brothers exclaimed in unison.

“I didn’t tell her.” Nick explained calmly. “She figured it out herself. But she promised she wouldn’t tell.”

Kevin laughed. “Ha! She promised she wouldn’t tell. Did you hear that, Joe? She promised she wouldn’t tell! Now we know she won’t tell anyone!”

“Seriously guys,” Nick said. “I feel like I can trust her.”

“How can you trust someone you don’t even know?” Joe asked him loudly. “That’s like, the main rule of Junior Operative school! You can’t trust anyone but yourself.”

Nick looked at his brothers madly. “That just means I can’t trust you guys.” Nick said, and stormed off.

CHAPTER 4

Nick woke up before his brothers that day. He got ready for school and left before talking to anyone.

When he got to school, he ran right into Mo.

“Oh, sorry.” He said, as they both bent down to pick their things up. Then he realized who he ran into. “Oh, it’s you. Just the person I needed to talk to.” They stood up.

She blushed. “Listen, about what I said last night, I’m sorry if I was rude in any way.”

“It’s okay,” Nick told her. “That’s what I wanted to talk to you about.” He looked around, grabbed her arm, and slipped into an empty classroom. “I am Nick Jonas.” He turned on the light and pulled out his diabetes dog-tag. “Here’s proof.”

She smiled. “So that means you’re not really Lewis Hamilton, so you don’t really need a tutor?”

“No, I don’t really need a tutor, my dad made that up so I would seem more like a normal kid. Weird, huh?”

She nodded.

“My brothers got mad at me when I told them you knew.” He stared at the blank chalkboard.

She put her hair up, and didn’t answer, just looked at her feet.

Suddenly, there was a faint BOOM, and a rumble, and the whole building shook.

“What was that?” Mo’s eyes widened, and plaster from the ceiling started falling around them. A figure appeared at the window at the door.

“Get behind me.” Nick ordered. He got in Jumpy Python pose, and broke down the door. The figure jumped away.

“Joe?” Nick asked incrudeoulsy when he realized who it was.

“Nick?”

“What are you doing here?” More of the building was crumbling down around them.

Joe ducked to avoid a flying brick. “You went missing at home, so I had to come and find you.”

“Where’s Kev?” Nick looked at his watch. It was right when school would’ve been starting. Imagine what anyone on the outside would’ve thought.

“We split up to find you quicker. We have to find him- He was cut off because they had been running towards the exit, and right after Nick and Mo had gotten out, a big chunk of building fell, and covered the exit.

“Joe!” Nick exclaimed.

“The exit is blocked off!” Joe exclaimed from the inside. “Go find Kevin, and then-" He suddenly stopped.

“Joe?” Nick yelled. “Joe!” Silence.

Nick bit his lip and pulled out his OCD. Operative Communication Device. For use only in emergencies. He called Joe’s. No answer, just static.

Meanwhile, the building was crashing down all around them. “Can we get out of here?” Mo asked.

Nick suddenly remembered her. “Sure.” He said, glancing one last time at the crumbling building.

They started walking down the street, Nick walking as fast as he could, and trying not to be noticed.

“Shouldn’t we try to find Kevin, now?” Mo asked, confused.

“Huh?”

“That’s what your brother said to do before-" She stopped.

“Yeah,” Nick agreed. “We should try to find Kevin.”

They went on I silence, and Mo suddenly said, “Could you explain this whole thing to me?”

Nick sighed. There was no going back now. “I’m a spy. A Junior Operative, for a spy company. We stake out suspicious areas for the real Operatives, and call Home Base, so we’re not allowed to do any fighting. That’s why we’re at that school, to figure out what, or who, is behind the incidents.”

That whole time Mo had been staring at him in disbelief, and now, his words finally sunk in. “WHAT?” She exclaimed, thinking he was crazy. “That’s bogus. I’m calling the police.” She started to run off, but Nick grabbed her arm.

“It’s the truth. And please, don’t call the cops. We try to keep all of our info from them.” He looked at her pleadingly. “I need your help. I can’t find either of my brothers and I’m all alone.”

Mo struggled, and got a glimpse of his face. She noticed he looked desperate. She stopped struggling. “Why don’t you just call Home Base, like school procedures were?”

Nick let go of her arm. “You’re right; I should’ve done that all along.” He got out his OCD and attempted to call Home Base. Nothing but static. “Oh no.” He panicked. “Don’t tell me they took out Home Base, too?” He got so mad, he didn’t realize where he was going, and led Mo right into the woods.

“Umm...” Mo raised an eyebrow. “Is Home Base in the woods?”

“Huh?” Nick looked up, and they both fell down a hole. “Oh no. Today is not my best day.” Then he tried to call Kevin, and actually got Kevin this time.

“Kevin?” Nick asked.

“Nick?” The line was fuzzy. “Where are you? Home Base was invaded… captured… I’m in… to get there…”

“Wait!” Nick panicked. “Kevin, where are you and how do you get there? Kevin?” Static.

“Shoot.” Nick smacked the OCD. Static. “Great. What do we do now?”

Mo was still in shock from learning he was a spy. “Wait for whoever made this hole to come and save us, I guess.”

Nick looked at his watch. “It’s noon.” He said. Then, the ground of the hole started moving more and more downwards.

“What’s happening?” Mo asked, trying to find Nick in the darkness.

“The hole is getting deeper, I guess.” Nick replied, and grabbed her hand.

When the hole stopped moving downwards, they found themselves in a dimly lit room, filled with things that looked like hi-tech weapons made out of teeth cleaning tools.

Mo raised an eyebrow, and stepped off the platform that had been made by the bottom of the hole, and Nick reluctantly followed. When they both stepped off, the bottom of the hole went back to where it had been before.

Nick looked around at all of the weaponry. “Most of this stuff has been prohibited by MW2, section Y-4.”

“Huh?” Mo was looking at all of the notes on the wall. They were in a secret code, which was hard to decipher.

“They were outlawed by the FBI.” Nick explained, and Mo gasped. Nick wheeled around to see what it was that had her so surprised.

A figure emerged from the shadows. “Really?” The person said. “I didn’t know that!”
