Princess Christina walks to the refreshment table and grabs a pastry after talking to Lady Nathariel
 
Nathariel dances another dance with yet another suitor. Each one is anything but the man of her dreams. Finally, it is time for her speech.
"I would like to thank everyone for coming. Thank you for helping me celebrate my 18th birthday. I have a feeling this year will be the start of an exciting new adventure for me. Thank you all for your generous gifts. I am sure I will love them when I open them. And now I will give a present to all of you. For musicians like myself, there is no greater honor to give to someone than to compose or dedicate a song to someone. Music is there for us when words are not enough. Because of my happiness, and because speeches are not my forte, haha, a little music humor, I have composed a song to play on the violin for you all, to thank you. Once again, thank you for coming, and enjoy the night."
Nathariel picks up her violin and plays a wonderful fast song that to us would sound like an Irish Jig. As the final note sounds, a chorus of cheers and applause is heard. Nathariel curtsies and walks off the stage.
 
Princess Christina walks up to Lady Nathariel and says " that was a wonderful performance Nathariel!. so have you found any suitors that you were interested in yet?"
 
Princess Teleria walks in and sees her good friend Belle standing near the doorway. Seeing that she had just arrived as well, she went up to talk to her.

"Have you just gotten here, too, Belle? I've only just arrived; I hope I am not too late to enjoy the festivities."

"I'm afraid it seems everyone has left."

However, the decorations were still up and there was still food on the table, so Teleria went to help herself to some punch and cookies.

"I've been great! Father's not doing so well I'm afraid," she said, looking at Belle. "What about you Belle?"

Teleria suddenly looked a little sad and worried. "Well, we're not quite sure...the Royal doctor says it may only be his old age, but..." she went on hesitantly, "he doesn't talk much anymore, or do much at all... he doesn't even eat much anymore," she whispered.
 
Meian walked around, pushing over a few people, and eating an apple the whole time. As he bit into he pushed Teleria right into a bowl, filled with punch. "Oops. Was that my fault? I hope so, because THAT. Was a doozy."

The princess takes one last look at herself in the full length mirror, turns to her friend, and says "Let's go then!"

First Lucy enters the ballroom. Then trumpets play a fanfare as Nathariel gracefully walks down the huge staircase, the center of everyone's attention. She greets her parents at the bottom, and is led by Sir Anakin to the dance floor for the first dance.

"Thank you!" Nathariel looks over at Prince Meian, not knowing who he is, because she has never seen him before. "Who is that? I haven't danced with him yet! Do you think I should go ask him?"

"Thanks," she smiled, wiping punch off her face. "Now if you'll excuse me I need to go kick Meian realllly hard.

Crunchine--I was already coronated :eek:
