Lost In The Dark: Halloween-Themed RPG

After a while looking around the room still, avoding lookingat the mask, and ignoring the broom for a while, she gother atention back to the little box in her hand, she shook it near her ear.... it seemed empty, she stood, wondering if to put it down or maybe in her pocket.

OOC: By other one I meant Verisitix RPG (Version II). lol...

IC:

As Ashe was wondering this, she heard a slight sound come from behind her. It sounded like a sharp intake of breath...
Turning, Ashe glanced back but saw nothing behind her but the room she had come out of into the closet.
Suddenly, something bumped her hand and knocked the box out of her hand. The box clattered to the ground in front of Ashe, but there was nothing to bump into Ashe to knock the box from her hand. Yet it happened, the box on the ground was proof enough of that.

Glancing around freeked all over again.... she gave a step back, very near the door. She wouldnt pick it up again....right?...what had all that been? the sharp breath and that thing the knocked the box down from her hand.....? She wasnt being paranoic right?...

OOC: Could say "paranoid". lol.

IC:
Ashe stepped back to the doorway, a feeling of fright she had not known since...since when she lost her friend.
The box was still innocently upon the floor, as if nothing was strange but Ashe knew better.
What was it that knocked the box from her hand? A ghost?
As Ashe was thinking this, she felt a shiver on her neck, like something cold had brushed against the back of it.

occ: oh my goodness....I would have died by now, she's way too brave xD

Ashe walked cautiously out of the closet, her eyes still closed.
She luckilly did not feel anything touch her this time but a ghostly whisper drifted to her ears...
"Get out..." the whispy voice stated closely, as if a being or person was standing right beside Ashe.

Not too late. I'll get to your intro.
And the dagger you have...it is plastic.

Breathing in and trembling as she stood....the only thing she thought was..."Out of the house?...but...how.." She wondered if that bear was still outside the room, wondering for Ashe....

As Ashe was thinking this, she heard a door creak open and a low growl. With her eyes closed, Ashe could not see but assumed it was the bear. The sound of padded feet with claws scraping on the floor reached her ears. It was walking towards Ashe.

Running back to the closet and closing the door behind her, she thought it was probably worthless...the bear could push the door down....And...she shouldnt forget about that ghost.

OOC: She is all assuming this...her eyes are still closed...right? I'll assume she opened them.

IC:
Ashe backed into the closet, she saw the silhouette of the bear's paws at the bottom of the closed closet door.
She felt something on the back of her head and jumped slightly but noticed as she turned around it was just the mask hanging on the cloak hanger.
Still, it would not help her in the current situation she was in. She glanced at the broom...it looked like the only thing that could help her....but there was allways the box.
Ashe glanced down at the box...it probably could help her, but did she really want to be "visited" by the ghosts again? And besides, there was no way she knew if the box could help her or not, she didn't even know what was inside.
Suddenly, Ashe heard a loud thump from the other side, the bear was planning to ram the door open!
After a few seconds of silence, Ashe heard the bear growl and listened as the footsteps faded away. The door would hold...for now.

Kaleb's Intro

Kaleb’s Intro:

Kaleb was not very enthusiastic about Halloween. Sure, when he was younger, he enjoyed it. Despite the fact he had to share his hard-earned candy with his sisters. It wasn’t fair, but then again neither was the fact he needed to ask to be driven by his older sister to school. She was named Kayla and had just received her license a year ago. His two younger sisters were allright, as long as Kaleb did not see them for the day.
Despite living in a semi-mansion, the fact of the matter is that he saw his two younger sisters more then he wanted to. But not tonight. Tonight he planned to party.
Kaleb had received a black envelope earlier on in the mail that boasted of a rave party that was thrown at a mansion-like estate.
As he got there, dressed in his pirate costume, Kaleb was slightly disappointed. The house looked like it belonged to The Munsters. And it was not that big compared to his parents place.
Still, it sort of had a good look about it, since it was Halloween. Though it took Kaleb a little effort to not snigger at the pathetic jack-o-lantern mailbox.
Sauntering up to the front porch, Kaleb pressed the doorbell and heard a shrill scream in response.
‘What knockoff trash is this?’ thought Kaleb as he rolled his eyes.
He stopped as he heard the door slowly creak open and he was greeted by a pale boy that looked a year older then Kaleb himself.
“Yes?” asked the pale teen in an uninterested and dry tone.

Everything in her made her stay away from the box...She headed for the broom, holding it as if it could help her with something, but then again, she couldnt stay inside there forever, and the ghost could come again even if she wasnt touching or planning to touch the little box.
After a while, of standing and hearing nothing, should she try and grab the box? and try to leave?...even if the bear was still there...

As Ashe was pondering this, she heard a sound from behind the closet door. Maybe the bear had not left afterall...
Brandishing her broom, she watched as the doorknob slowly turned and the door opened fully, revealing a human figure standing in the doorframe. But, it looked strangely familiar....
The figure stepped forward and Ashe could see in the candlelight it was David. His cowboy suit was slightly ruffled and torn, his hat askew and he still had the claw marks on his face where the bear had slashed him earlier.
He took a look at Ashe and felt a surge of relief.
"Ashe, are you okay?" he asked her.

As the broom fell from her hands to the floor, with a loud sound...she ran to him embracing him in a hug as she felt relieved as well...
"Yes....Yes...But you?.." She asked pulling away, the claw marks were awful...she felt guilty and also awful because she couldnt do anything about the marks.
"How did you manage to scape from them?"

"Well, after you left, that guy in the safari outfit also left, probably cause he thought I was dead. I did too, but I woke up and guessed I was just knocked out from being flung into the wall," stated David with a slight smirk but then winced from the way it made his face feel.
"As for that bear...it may return, we have to leave before it comes back," he said, looking serious and glancing back before turning back to you.

"Im really glad you're alright..I...I really shouldnt have left you behind..." She said, walking past him to the door of the room, out to the hall.
Putting her hand in the knob, she felt distrustful...."David...are you sure you're...not dead?.." she was affraid to ask, but what if he was tricking her to the bear?

"Don't worry about it, you needed to run, you had no choice," replied David as he followed Ashe out to the room.
David looked slightly hurt that she asked but then sighed.
"Ashe, I've been dead for a long time, in a sense. This house toyed with me longer then you, it likes to see me suffer," stated David with sincerity, shivering slightly.

Smiling...Ashe apologized..."Im sorry.."
Opening the door, sticking her hand into his, she pulled him out quietly....
"Which...way...now?.." she asked.

David accepted this apology from Ashe but said nothing.
He followed her out into the hallway and glanced around as she asked him where to go next.
"I don't know, I have not been in this corridor before. The only reason I found you was because I had heard Kirs...the bear pounding at the door," replied David.
Glancing around, Ashe surveyed the area, it was a corridor with the usual red rug covering the floorboards. It led two ways, forwards and backwards. There was a door opposite where she and David were standing, it looked ordinary enough, then again, most things in this house did until...
Suddenly, Ashe and David heard the heavy footfalls of padded feet clamouring along the hallway. The bear was coming back! It would not be long until it reached them both. Fortunately, it's pace seemed steady, so it had not seen or sensed the two yet, but it was only a matter of time.
