Has anyone here seen 'Love Comes Softly', 'Love's Enduring Promise' or 'Love's Long Journrey'?
I really enjoyed them.

Oh good! I didn't know it was coming out in Nov. but I've been trying to find out! Yippee!
My fav is Love's Long Journey, but I really like Enduring Promise too. I haven't read the books, but I really like the movies. One of the things that I like about them is that the 'Christian romance' isn't prevalent, their faith is.

Erin Cottrell? I liked her. I thought she really brought a depth to Missie's character. Why didn't you like her?

She seemed to make Missie age too quickly. Missie was like eighteen in LEP, and she's like twenty four in LLJ. I just liked January Jones in LEP better.

I see what you mean.

Did you notice that in the first two movies Missie could cook, and in the last she couldn't? That really confused me. Do you know what happened?

Well actually, she couldn't cook in the first or third. Which, come to think of it, I find weird. Why she couldn't cook is never explained, but the movies themselves are very flawed in story continunity.

LEP is my favorite too. Yeah, my sister (who's 21, btw) has a whole picture file on her computer with screenshots of him in the movie.
