She smiled.
" Oh good so I can start my new job soon I hope,"She said,
She look at him with swing her legs back and froth.

"Yea. Hopefully. I'm getting a new job. Since the accident I can't support myself. I need a job that pays better." Jack said.

 

[Gentle Voice]

She giggled.
" Then you can work for me,"She told him.

 

[Frodosgurl]

"Depends." he said.

 

[Gentle Voice]

She took another sip of her drink.
" I can pay you every well Jack,"She told him.

 

[Frodosgurl]

"I think I might take you up on that." he said.

 

[Gentle Voice]

She smiled.
" All right you start when I find out when the other store close all right,"She told him

 

[Frodosgurl]

"Great! THanks." he said smilling.

 

[Gentle Voice]

She giggled.
" Anything for my best friend,"She said.

 

[Frodosgurl]

He laughed.

 

[Gentle Voice]

She got up and went to the door.
" Well I'm off to see if I can get a new bag,"She told him,
She wave to him and walk off.

Steph sighed unhappily on her way back work.

Jack finished work and walked to the bakery to visit Bennet.

"Howdy Bennet! You almost done work?" he asked.

"Oh, hey Jack!" He looked at the clock on the wall. "Yeah, I'll be done in a bit. Why?"

 

[Frodosgurl]

"want to shoot pool at my place tonight?" he asked.

 

[Spare Oomian]

"That sounds great." Bennet started cleaning up.
His boss came by and told him, "You go ahead, I'll clean up. You've worked hard today."
Bennet came around the counter. "Ready to go, Jack?"

 

[Frodosgurl]

"Yea!" Jack answered.

 

[Spare Oomian]

"Great. Lead the way!" He laughed and followed Jack out of the shop.

 

[Frodosgurl]

Jack showed him the way to his house. "You can be the breaker." Jack said once the table was set up.

"Sounds good." Bennet picked up his pole and adjusted the que ball. Then he struck it, making all of the others scramble on the table. "How's life been treating you?"

 

[Frodosgurl]

"Pretty good I guess. Could be better. Stinks living here all alone. I get so bored." he answered. "How bout you?"

 

[Spare Oomian]

"About the same. My house seems so big now." He paused, leaning on the pole in his hands. "I'm thinking of moving out...just buying an apartment or something. Might seem less lonely."
