And then we´re off...

The new inhabitants of Mafiaville watched the sun go down before they went inside their own houses to sleep after a hard day with moving into their new houses. Nearly all of them felt safe in the new-built houses and didn´t give the name of the town a lot of thought, but others did. Some was lying restless in their beds thinking a lot about the name before they finally fell asleep. Could the name of the town have a meaning they didn´t know about or what?

It is now night!

*creepy theme music* hmm..so, THIS is an interesting turn of events...*whistles* and now i wish i hadn't watched HAlloween :D makes EVERYTHING more spooky :D

Just a question, is the guillotine still the execution impliment of choice in Mafiaville or did we get something else.
 
Well I hope that person(people if the mafia are responsible) PMs you soon. If I were you (speaking as a former host) I would bug them about it.
 
I did.

During the night Lava woke up. She couldn´t go back to sleep so she decided to take a walk. When she had walked for a while and thought it was time to go back, she felt someone push her. She fell into a deep hole, and the Mafia thinking the job had been done good enough, disappeared into the forest nearby. What they didn´t know was that Lava had managed to grab a root not far into the hole, and with the Angel's help she was rescued out of the hole and helped back into her house.
The first strike of the Mafia had failed...

It is now day! Vote for who you think tried to do it.

(Arien, I thought there was a kind of custom that the name of the victim was not given away if the Angel had saved him/her.)

Umm... I guess I vote for Douglas too... just guessing in the dark at this point in the game. Just out of curiosity, though, is there any specific reason for hanging him?
 
Well, I suppose I shall be a crowd follower and vote Douglas. I do ask the same question as Olorin, though: Is there any particular reason for voting for him?
