To be perfectly honest, Olorin, when I got PMed the list of Citizens and non-Citizens, and learned that Gondorgirl and Twilight (two of my dearest real-life friends) were both mafia, I decided that they had a serious disadvantage because they (or atleast all the mafia minus GG) could be so easily pegged. I knew that I could act suspicious if it meant keeping GG in one more round, if it came to that. I also knew that if the psychic ever inquired as to my position, it would come back as civillian, and I would be able to stick up for the mafia without suspicion, if, again, it came to that. :)

I didn't.
Fish wasn't assigned to be mafia, she just decided to help them because they're friends in real life.

Don't worry, I wasn't all happy about it when I found out, either. And I'm the one running the game.

Bwaa, ha, ha!! Great job Mafia!! We rock!!

And Olorin, I understand your concern, and if I were a civilian, I'd also be rather ticked. But from the Mafia point of view it also looks rather bad. From the beginning the Mafia had a serious disadvantage because all the civilians knew who were Mafia (supposedly), and except for Gondorgirl and the Duke the list was accurate. I wasn't terribly happy myself when I heard that we were all pegged and LOL had shown you her PM and all my excuses were null and void. But there was still mystery when the list was wrong, and it was luckily wrong, for the Mafia anyway. ;)

But despite all the cheating that went on from all sides, the game was fun. And cheating is what Mafia is about, no? :D :D :D

Actually, it was my fault because I sent mass pm's and didn't know that everyone would be able to see who I sent them to.
But, despite that, each civilian only knew the other civilians that shared their pm. Which means they were only sure of 5 out of the 20 people that were not mafia.

Well...not really. Someone sent a mass mailing to all the civilians listing all the civilians and all those suspected of being Mafia. Gondorgirl was on the list by accident, so we had a heads up and formulated plans of our own.
 
Ioww, we were able to obtain the rest because you sent several civilians two different civilian PMs. So we obtained 16 of the twenty non-mafia, just by communicating with the other civilians on our list. The only wrench in the works is that you also sent Gondorgirl a civilian PM. We would have won the game if not for that.

Olorin I have to admit it, I like nearly died laughing when I saw that I was on the civillians list. I was kind of wondering how that happened

yeah we were playing on another site and the leader did that. I PMed her and told her not to do it. thankfully I think I was the only one who noticed and I didn't say anything. not to mention I think they restarted that game
