Okay here goes:

The mob of angry civilians marched to Slippers' house. They broke down the door, pulled her away from the dinner table. With that, the hangman pulled the lever. As she went down, papers fell out of her pockets. One was her officail Mafia headquarters pass, and the other was a message telling her that they were going after Tess.
