I would suggest sending a preliminary PM to all the members who want to join that just asks if they still want to play. If they don't reply within a certain time frame, (Saturday??) then they won't be included in the game. That way only the people who want to play will play.

And yes, i have school today (well, i had school today, i'm back already, it is almost midnight here)
We never get free from school on voting days :eek:

@ HB, i know, i was thinking about the same thing. Last game i did that when we were about on the half of the game, too many people weren't online, about 6 of them were gone two days later, that really helped a lot!
I will do that this time on the beginning :)
