Because Muhammed Ali also has Parkinson. He knows what Michael is going through. Yeah, there are a lot of pics like that with MJF. Pics where he is having a speech. There was even a stupid Deejay saying he was faking it. He was only ating he had parkinson because he wanted the attention. Michael didn't have to proof he had parkinson. He only had to stop taking his medicins to get these aweful effects of the disease.

My uncle (dad's brother) had parkinson too. It is a hirble disease.
