They're native creatures to the park just outside. We use them occasionally to steal peanuts and go on safari's.


(White elephant gift giving is a secret santa of sorts. People buy gifts, without saying who it's from or to, and people pick from them. There's trading and stuff; it's really fun. My softball team does a white elephant gift exchange every christmas.:D)

a cow doesn't make any noise...they just stand thereb staring at you, possibly planning to take over the world(but who knows what goes on in the minds of cows *shifty eyes*), glaring at you through those evil little eyes...planning their revenge...
that my theory anyway.

Was that really...nesessary? That's pretty low. Spare a quick glance at WHB's siggy, and you'll notice it's obviously not true.
 
Oh yes, I forgot your question about the white elephants Derny! It's as Chelsea states above...the thing about those gifts are that they don't have to be something you or anyone else wants. More often than not they're gag gifts. They're given in a gift exchange where people pick packages and you just never know what you're going to get...and people can choose to take another package or take what someone else has and make them choose another package. I've seen everything from rolls of toilet paper to crazy 70's style pants to jewelry boxes, a Mr T doll....pretty much anything goes. It's random insanity...I think you'd like it. The scarf could do well in one of those exchanges. For some annual exchanges, there's gifts that make their return on an annual basis...it's hellarious.

A few years ago, I got a fairy princess crown, wand, and scarf for a white elephant gift. :rolleyes:
 
Actually my post isn't off topic. It's a Mod Q&A thread. Derny asked a question and I answered it....

However, we're capable of running things all over too if necessary...it's Dufferland you know.
 
It means the number of people whom you referred to the forum. When somebody joins the forum, it gives them an option to state the screenname of the person who got them to join. If they do, that person gets a referral.
