Mod Q&A Thread II

Heaven forbid. I would seriously start to doubt Specter's sanity at that point. Although, he did make HB a mod... *looks around nervously* *whispers* what do they use to modify you?

Technically, no one is allowed fan clubs except the actors. However, I think Charn Tim's thread is no longer a fan club. In fact, I don't know what's happening in that thread anymore. Last I checked, you were talking about peanut butter and eggs. I think leaving it be will be ok.
 
I have three questions:

1. Accounts of members who haven't been on in like a looong time, do they get deleted? 'cause i think i've 'seen' some deleted accounts, but i wasn't like sure...:rolleyes:

2. In the PC spoiler free area, are you allowed to post things like interviews and tv spots and stuff like that, as long as it doesn't show/say things that we know for sure are in the movie? I've asked Specter this already, but he hasn't replied yet (i know, busy and stuff, so i thought i would ask it here:D)

3. Why is the mod Q&A in Dufferland?:D

1. No, accounts of inactive members are kept, the deleted accounts you've seen are from members who have lost their password or something and created another account, then remembered it or whatever and went back to their old account. The second account was deleted, per the forum rules.

2. Probably. I think that as long as they don't give very many details, it should be OK.

3. Undoubtedly because Dufferland is more heavily frequented than the rest of the forum, so they put it here so more people will click on it and either get the answers to questions they were about to ask or be able to ask their own questions in a thread, where anybody can answer (since a lot of people know the answers to the common questions), rather than flooding the mods with PM's. Either that or it's here because the original one was here and they just never thought of moving it...

Any post that says any info about what is or is not in the film can not be posted in the Spoiler Free forum. That includes clips of the movies, and actors talking about the plot or contents of the movie. If it's just the actors talking about nothing, then it belongs in the Fan Club area. Basically, post in the Spoiler Free area what you would have posted about the movie before it was released, like what you hope will be in the movie, etc etc. This is to accomidate our international members, who recieve the film later in the year.

And Olorion's answers to the other questions are correct.
 
olorion's 2nd answer to #3 is correct. the first mod Q & A was started by non-mods with some important questions. We've kept it going but as mods we're not real good with keeping to a serious discussion.

And by the way, the modification process involves gardening shears, pixie dust, Jack Sparrow's missing rum, cookies, several buttons that must be attractive but not cute, circular but not round, and have exactly 17 holes. Windex is used for minor repairs.
