Why would they want to stage something like that, finding 4 young people who look similar to the cast members and put them in an area like that in clothes that would look like school uniforms in England...

Maybe they aren't real, but I think they might be...

Who knows, we'll have to wait for the movie to come out to see if the costumes are right and if those scenes look like this area in the pics...it is a beautiful area.

well if they are fake, they are really good forgeries. Because I doubt, many people run around in period costume like that on the beach.

Haha..I know its not them. But it seems like it! =P perhaps they're all lying to us and Will, Sk, Georgie and Anna arent really playing in the movie! :p

Wow, that would be bad wouldn't it Julia. I think they have something to do with the movie. Obviously they're stand ins, but for shots from a distance, it might work. The child actors can only work so long each day and it would be easier to get a shot or 2 with stand ins from a distance.

It's not every day 4 kids who look close to what the 4 actors should are in an appropriate location, in what looks like the right costumes for the scene, sort of around the right time...no offense to anyone...but if someone tried to merely stage this they sure would have gone way out of their way to do it.

I think they're legit. Personal opinion, but there it is.

Everyone keeps talking about someone trying to "stage" it, but isn't it possible that these photos were taken when someone else, like a hobbyist, was creating their own film of Prince Caspian, as I'm sure many people have.

There doesn't seem to be enough equipment for it to be the Walden version.

Also, if you look at where the person would have to be standing to take all of these pictures, they would have to have complete access to the beach, to get all the pictures they did, and if it was the Walden version, they wouldn't have had access the the beach.

I'm prepared to be wrong, but it doesn't seem right to me.

If it were an independant hobbyist making their own version of PC Alex, why would they get 'actors' who resemble William, Anna, Skandar, and Georgie that closely? I highly doubt that would be a coincidence. They don't match the descriptions of the characters in the books completely...and yet those standing on the beach look like they could very easily be stand ins for the regular 4 actors. Who knows you may be right, and there may be other explanations for it, and we might not be seeing all the crew and equipment...but I'm thinking it's the real thing. Also, there are a lot of people leaking info all over the place. Some of that may be intentional and some may not...we'll have to wait and see.

I stand by the fact that they are real, as some one who has taken a few photography classes, I can say for a fact that you would be amazed how close up some of the lenses of professional cameras can get at large distances. My sister's friend has a lens that is about a foot long that can pull in stuff on the mountains which are a mile away from my house.

I assume you are referring to my point about the position of the cameraman.

I know the zoom power of some of the lenses available, as I have an SLR, with a very powerful lens.

My point was that, in some of the pictures, the person must have been standing at the sea edge, looking at the rocks, and for the others, they must have been at the rocks across the other side of the beach, looking out to the sea, and I don't think the person would be able to move about that much, without being stopped.
