Most Post Game

I'm not lol. Nor do I have the balance. And I have scrwed up hips so I can't do side kick properly lol. But we have a laugh and it helps to get fit so I do it anyways. You should give it a go. If you find a really kind instructor then he/she will help build up your coordinatsion lol.
 
lol! thanks. i've been thinking about taking some ballroom dance classes. i really want to but for now to stay in shape i just try to walk and stretch and stuff....boring....:p
 
Then think about a marsial art. We do 20 mins of worming up and then 5-10 of streatching. I can kick above my head lol. And sometimes we do partner stretching and do a whole lesson of it. Thats a good laugh and you feel so flexible afterwords.
