I cave, I like Middle Earth because I LOVE how much Tolkien put into the History and the story and the background stuff. So I would say ME, though Narnia is nice too, I still love Narnia! I think I'm just more of a ME girl, thehee.

i would much rather go to narnia becuz of all the magical places and mythical beasts!! Narnia just seems more real than Middle earth

choices, choices,... I knew ive answered a question like this before but I'll answer again,
Im going to Narnia on Spring, Middle Earth on Fall, Narnia on summer, Middle Earth on winter or vise versa.
I can would like also to pay a couple of visit to hogwarts:D

k. guys! i'm way too lazy to read through all 10 pages. so i'll just post my opinion

well, i was first introduced to narnia when i was in the 3rd grade, and i was first introduced to middle earth when the fellowship came out in theaters ( :o ). so i think it's very obvious where this is going! ya know?

well, i've said before (although i love narnia with every breath in my body, does that sound weird? hmmm...) The Return of the king is the greatest movie of all time, but if it came to the books, Narnia sweeps in every cataogry. ya know?

now, if it came to where i would most like to visit? it's a very hard decision. ya know? there's the animals and the pure goodness of the land in Narnia, but there's the elves and the wonderfull (not that Narnia doesn't have landscape) landscape of middle earth. it really comes down to what you love the most and in this case i have to say i would most want to be in Narnia! (although, middle earth does have pretty elves (liv) ya know?). i say Narnia because i would kill to visit Cair Paravel (i can't believe i dunno how to spell that, well it's late) and just everything else i can think of. ya know?

peace and love

LOTR is something magical. It is a world in which you get lost so easily and never want to return to real world.
Maybe it's the way Tolkien has written the story. But Narnia is definitly worth to buy a summerhouse. A winterhouse in ME and a summerhouse in Narnia.

Whilst we're on the subject is it true that Middle Earth is based on Wales? I know Tolkien was fascinated w/ the Welsh language.

middle earth would be my choice to live in just relaxing in minas trith or visting the Riddermark(rohan) just imagnie riding your horse across the vast green fields or walking thourgh minas trith and having a drink with your buddys after a long days work or riding out to glory for your lord and land so middle earth over narnia anyday

Well said!!!!!!

I really can't make up my mind. Middle Earth is more complex, but narnia was my first love. Narnia has one half of my heart and Middle Earth has the other! I love them both!

I must say Narnia. oddly at this point I'm reading three of my favorite adventure books... two of which are LWW and FOTR. And I just love Narnia a little bit more still. Besides Middle Earth is never said to have talking animals.:D;)

(lol another old thread I found :p)
