Jake perked up his ears when the phone rang. "It's not me. I'm playing a game." he said so everyone knew he wasn't the one calling.

Jake was playing a game on his phone while he was waiting for everyone to finish. "Hi Max." he said to her not even looking up from his game.

Jake began to whistle ever so slightly. Then began to sing outloud but faintly, "And now...I'm glad I didn't know. The way it all would end the way it all would go. Our lives are better left to chance. I could've missed the pain but I'd have to miss the dance. It's my life...it's better left to chance. I could've missed the pain. But I'd have to miss the dance." He frowned when he stopped. He glance out the window then at the floor.

The phone rang again. Because Ian didnt pick up, The masked man left a message for everyone to hear. "Hello Ian. I know you want to kill Ben. And I know where you are. Now listen. Ben and his crew are after the 49ers treasure. I wan't it. I will help you kill Ben, if you help me get the treasure. And by the way don't think I am making this all up. I really do know where you are, and if you refuse to help me I will kill everyone in your room. Oh yes I can see you all. I'm watching you. Right next to you is that boy who's playing with his phone who wants to kill Ben because he killed his Daddy and ruined his pitiful life. Nest to him is the girl, Max is it. There is some connection between her and Aeilla or whatever her name is. So your going to help me, or lose what little you already have Got it?"

"Before my father died I had a girlfriend. Her name was Macey. She was the younger sister to Tom who was once the husband of that Adie. Tom and Macey had gone out for a little while. Later that afternoon.........both Adie and I got a call from police. Both of them had died in a car accident apparently Karl's truck flipped over. Tom had died when the truck collided with another. Macey wasn't killed until the truck flipped but even then she wasn't instantly killed. I spent two days in the hospital with her. She was in critical condition and they told me she wasn't going to make it. Two days later I had just gotten to the hospital. The last words she managed to say to me were "I love you"." Jake replied staring at the floor ith tears in his eyes..
