Hm....since i'm from two coutries(but someone already posted the American one),i'll post the Polish one.Its pretty long,so i'll put a little of it.
"Marsz Marsz Dąbrowski"(March,March Dąbrowski).The first part is the chorus,BTW:

As someone said, in Finland we have 'Maamme', 'Our land'.

The song is very long, but here is the part we sing.

I try to translate it in English:
