Mel smiled as she walked down the halls of her new school. She was excited about the new year - about making new friends, getting involved in things, and maybe... just maybe... getting a boyfriend.

ooc: question! Have all the girls gone guy crazy? And have all the guys gone girl crazy??? This is getting rediclous!

ic: Miranda couldn't stand it anymore, she thought maybe her homeroom classroom would be empty. She was right. Taking a seat in the back row, she started to write again.

Mel sat down and took out her journal. She wrote:

"This school looks neat so far. I'm excited about the new school year. I don't have much to say right now..."

Good thing journals are just for yourself to read, Mel thought. If anyone else read this they would probably get bored to death.

She flipped through her previous entries. They all said dumb things like, "I am bored" or "there's not much to say right now".

"I'm sooo bored!" Miranda left her stuff on her desk, and went back into the hall way. She left everything except her writing book. Everyone around her had groups of friends, or were trying to find their group of friends
