Official William Moseley Thread

Well, actually if they wanted to flush out the other films they could find a way to do it. In VDT he could be at the start of the film showing him going to the professors to be tutored. They could show him in HHB in a few ways if they wanted to flush out the week or so before Susan and Edmund's trip to Calormen when there were games hosted at Cair Paravel in Rabadash's honor and planting the apple orchard...or they could show him fighting the giants. It seems the people making the films prefer to show any battle scenes so they might put in bits of those things, but we'll have to wait and see. I don't think they are for VDT, but who knows. The filming for PC is done as far as the live action goes. They're working on the CG end of things now.

It will be interesting to see other rolls for William and what he chooses to take on. I still wish he'd reconsider going to university, but one has to want to go to get much out of it. Acting isn't bad to go into, but it's always good to have other things to fall back on and a good education.

so does that mean he just wont be there??

It depends on how they interpret on screen.

Whew, haven't been here in a while. I can't wait to see Will in PC. But I'll probably throw up from excitement when PC comes out or something xD I remember vividly watching LWW in the cinema for the first time, and I was literally trembling all the way through, because it was such a great film, and it totally dazzled me o_o' The only film that has come close to doing that to me since then is Bridge to Terabithia.

So anyway. Stopping my weird ramblings now. How is everyone? Is there any more news of PC?

i dont know anything out PC, but im fine thx :D. how are you? i can agree that bridge to terabithia and LWW are th best films ever!!! and i hope that Pc meets up to the mark!:D

Haha totally agree with ya TD!!!

I was so excited to see LWW too but I wasnt trmebling jsut glued to the screen lol.
I CANT wait for PC. I'm still really upset that we have to wait an extra month before we see it  ah well :p

It releases June 27th in the UK...sorry Sami dear! I wish yall could come here and see it with me. I wonder what Will will do with Peter....I didn't like the fight pics in the movie storybook at all...not good. Granted he has to work with the script given him.

Well, I didn't mean the battle scenes in the film, I meant when he's in Britain before getting back into Narnia, it looks like he's in a fight with another school boy which seems strange. I don't like it much. I'll have to wait and see it, but still....yeah.

I've been googling for news on William's prospects the past few days, since the last time I googled Narnia a big "Barnes To Star As Dorian Grey" thing showed up. However, all I get is stuff about some biker woman racing at/to/around Fort William. *laughs ruefully*

Looks like William is still waiting for the next venture. I really hope it will be something - wholesome but in all likelihood it won't, whatwith actors these days so anxious to be daring and 'different'.

Oh yes, here's an interview where he briefly mentions a possible project: http://www.messengernorth.com.au/article/2008/06/03/5185_south_vibe.html

Well, he's grown up now so I don't expect there's much good in trying to be protective. But I will keep praying for Anna and him to have worthwhile lives. I can't turn my back on the darling children that they were and, quite possibly, still are even as they walk into a dangerous den.

Don't know if this was mentioned already, but Narnia crew was in Disneyland Paris and I thought this pic was adorable:

Yea, but I worry about poor guy's fashion sense what with the sparkly gold shirt and all.

Thanks, Luciene, for posting such a dearly sweet pic! I know it's posed and all but the cast are genuinely affectionate so it works. :)

I came across pics of the London premiere in which Georgie was the one giving a peck on the cheek to William. Really cute. This one photographs better, though, because Will doesn't have to stretch up the way Georgie did with Georgie bending down for it. lol

p.s. yes, sometimes his fashion sense is bizarre -making his simple countryside upbringing seem an obviously poor pairing with fortune. *grin*

Just an observation...

First off, I wanna say that I think William Moseley has done very well in each of the Narnia films. I feel if he decided to, he could have a very good career ahead of him.

That being said, am I the only one who feels Willam could play Prince Harry if given the chance? I do think there's a slight resemblance.

But then, I could just be seeing things that aren't there, LOL.

One thing that strikes me about that picture, Georgie looks so different! She's gotten so much older and taller too, but I guess that was kind of an obvious statement. :p

That gold shirt looks awesome, btw. :p

You know, High King Wolfsbane, I think Will has a Plantagenet look -as does Prince Harry in an atavisitc way.

Um, not sure if anyone here has heard but wmoseley.com is reporting on William's new project. If we combine their info with an article from The Independant.ie, seems like it's an independant film about the Magna Carta which will be gory, shot in Germany, and be told thru Will's character's POV.

Here is a link for the Independant.ie article -> http://www.independent.ie/entertainment/film-cinema/prince-charming-1413693.html

And here is a copy of the report from http://wmoseley.com:

"WILLIAM MOSELEY
I told William I was there on behalf of Hong and WMoseley.com. He said 'Wow, that's an honour.' I wanted to ask as many of the question that were sent in as possible. I was the last person to do interviews and they were all running out of time so I knew I had to think fast and ask what I could. A lot of the questions that were sent in were about travelling and being away so I went straight in with that theme…

You've gotten to travel a lot making and promoting these films? Where has been your favourite place?

I think my favourite place so far has been Jerusalem. It's thoroughly beautiful, a really spiritual experience and that's something that Narnia is all about and I felt really honoured to go there and have a good look around.

So what are you up to next?

I have a film about the Magna Carta coming up. It's quite a blood thirsty film with a lot of gore in it. A slight change in target audience!

Where will you be filming that?

Actually it's in Berlin, for three and a half months so another travelling experience…

Must say I'm rather intrigued by the choice. I know Moseley enjoyed his stunts in PC so I believe action roles are for the best. Wonder if this is a historical film about the Magna Carta or about it during recent times?

^^ That's SUCH an adorable picture! I personally like the gold shirt :p Reminds me of the Black Parade jackets in the MCR videos. Haha.

I'm eager to see this new project of Will's.
