my brother reminds me of edmund...... errrrr....

I know, there's this kid at my school named Spencer. Every time he comes around, me and my friends point at him and scream, "OH LOOK, IT'S EDMUND PEVENSIE...HE LLOOVVVEESS TURKISH DELIGHT"!!!.Because he looks just like Edmund. He alway's looks at use funny and laughs...... :D

hahaha- there's a guy on my brother's soccer team (or football to all you english folks) that looks like edmund (my bro just acts like him) and it scared me...

anyways, back to will!

Cool...but that sucks that he's u're brother..lol  :D . My brother looks nothing like him, thank God. But I like Edmund a.k.a Skandar, but I don't like my brother, lol...... :p So CRAZY..

I think William did an excellent job portraying Peter. Critics were rough on him, calling him a softie...among other things...but thats Peter's character, kindhearted and caring, along with brave and noble. William also matches his off screen character in a lot of ways, like ODDISH said; he's very sweet and big-brotherly, but also can play a war hero. He actually made me cry after Edmund was healed when he gave him a hug...and for me, that is saying something.

I agree...I would give the whole idea of Narnia, all the movie stars u can GET!! That's how great I think it is...and now that I have the
Special 2-disc collecter's addition, sssssoooo AWESOME!!!! :D

Hi Willianites! (is that how you spell it?)
Wow. I never come in here... I usually keep to the Skandarnite thread!
This is off topic, but I think Will's an excellent actor, and quite good looking. I was actually considering becoming one of his 'nites' until the INTERVIEW! That'll take a while to forgive... :D

What was wrong with Will's interview? i thought it rocked and only wanted me to be able to meet him even more....

First time I saw Narnia movie, I enchanted by Peter Pevensie. I want to have a brother like him! I thought I only adore Peter coz I EVEN DONT KNOW HIS REAL NAME (I dont know who is William Moseley, eventhough I watched his movie  )!!
Then, I watched BBC CoN Prince Caspian n Richard Dempsey played as Peter Pevensie. I dont know why....but I didn't feel to have a brother as THIS PETER!
That's the first time I realized that nobody could be as Peter as WILLIAM MOSELEY (I knew who's Peter cast by opened Narnia site after watch BBC PC :p )!
He'll be a great actor soon (if he'll seriously to increased his acting) coz in LWW, I think Skandar's act still better than him.
But....I dont care! I luv Will!

I think they were mad about Will calling Skandar gay....

I thought that was hysterical by the way, since I'm not much of a Skandar fan at all.

uhm..why  Because he joked about skander being gay?

i thought it was really funny when will called skandar gay.. cuz same here im not a huge skandar fan.. he's hot ya but not as hot as will... HEHE his interview mad me crack up. i read it whenever i need to laugh cuz it really makes me laugh really hard...

I expect Skandar probably opened his mouth during an interview, said some stuff that maybe came out wrong or that he didn't mean, and Will took it the wrong way. Hopefully those two'll bury the hatchet by Prince Caspian time, or we might find out the answer to the question about who would win in a fistfight between Will and Skandar!

Regarding Will, though, you really got a sense from all his material that he was a genuinely nice and caring person, full of affection for his co-stars and great regard for the material. After years as a frequent also-ran, he finally landed the part of Peter Pevensie, proof that sometimes, nice guys do finish first.

He really seemed to me to have strong positive relationships with all three of the others: he and Anna were close friends, and worked together very well. He and Skandar seemed to enjoy getting into mischief together. And Georgie took to him like a little sister straightaway. I think it really speaks well for him that when she was feeling overwhelmed or insecure, she knew that she could find him and park herself in his lap, and he'd help her feel better. A lot of grown-ups and older teens, especially guys, just don't have much use for little kids. Will wasn't like that at all.

I agree with you 100%. Gosh, everything you say is so intelligent.
Will's relationship with Georgie was so touching. For her, it was like having an older brother there who will be ready with a hug anytime she's nervous about a scene. That was so cute. (She is a smart girl)

She is incredibly smart...

I remember one of the critics big things about Will was that he was a softie in his role. Well, what's wrong with that? He was adorable and perfect as an older brother-figure!!

Yeah, absolutely perfect. What's wrong with SOFTIES???? Cotton candy is soft and people like 'em! OK, pretty random (just like my screen name, heehee) but still. I don't think anyone could've played that part better.

Of course, now Peter can't be anyone else!! I think all of them portrayed them wonderfully--Pippa Hall couldn't have done better.

But Will was great...if anything his sensitive side just made it more believable. I think those are my favorite tidbits in the movie, whenever Peter gets protective-ish (like when he runs after Lucy when she runs to Tumnus's house after it was trashed; the famous scene where he runs to save the girls from the wolves; etc).

Just like the kids in HP, no one can replace these actors now without ppl getting UPSET!! (Just see what happens if you try to recast Will.... I think I'd have to go mug someone)

send a PM to Queen_Swanwhite, but that's off topic.

WIll did a very good job.
He was convincing, and his hair was sad.
He said in teh interview that he has not been offered any other parts in other films....
That is probably good at this point so he can be in PC.
I thought his interview was over-all amusing, but I can see why some people might get offended. (at least he wasn't talking about them!!)

And as for "burying the hatchet" I think it is all in fun that they call each other names. Typical for siblings to do.

I don't think he was too much of a softie. He played the part very well. He acted like an excellent big brother both on and off screen. He was perfect for the part. I'm glad he was chosen.
