Wow! He looks really nice with his hair the way it is in the first picture you posted! O_O
I was terribly heartbroken the other night to discover that yes, Walter Koenig IS Russian, but as he was born in Chicago, his Russian accent in Star Trek is faked. :'( Oh well. I still like the character, AND his accent, because even though it's faked, it's very convincing, and cute.

I saw the Trouble With The Tribbles episode and screencapped it.
I love this part, when Kirk calls a shore leave and Uhura and Chekov go shopping. This is when Uhura sees the dealer dude trying to sell tribbles. It's so funny cause at first Chekov has this disgusted look on his face and is sort of backing away. Then he's like, "It won't BITE, will it?" Lol. Then, once he's assured that tribbles don't even have any teeth, he starts cooing over it as much as Uhura was.

This one's even better. Spock's just like, petting the Tribble while saying that it's purr has a tranquillizing effect on humans, but of COURSE it doesn't have the same effect on him because he's half Vulcan....And he keeps petting it. Until everyone turns and stares at him. Then he silently sets it down on the table and walks away.

Awww, love the animation you posted, LbT! ^_^ I love seeing those rare shots of Spock smiling, even though it is usually just behind the scenes.

I also have quite a lot from the bar fight, or rather the scene leading up to the bar fight. I found that...quite amusing, especially how Chekov gets all riled up about what the Klingon says about Kirk. It's cute. :P

I just love this shot, when Scotty hands Chekov the other dude's drink and says, "Now drink your drink." I don't think it quite kicked in to Chekov that he'd just finished his vodka so obviously that red stuff wasn't the same. Then when he takes a drink and looks down at it, you can just see him going, "THIS is not wodka!" XD
