Pirates of the Caribbean III: At World's End, Thread II

I liked this movie better than the second, but it was still pretty crazy. I still wish they would slow things down more, and add some cool extra things.

I just wished they hadn't tried to jampack the plot with so many twists and turns... because now nobody's exactly clear about how it ended, and now nobody believes us when we say Will comes back for good at the end, LOL

Yeah.. there was a scene in AWE that explained how that captain of the Flying Dutchman will come back forever if his true love is faithful for ten years and meets him at the end of those ten years, but it somehow got pulled out on the editing floor.. and the screenwriters have said on their website that Will is supposed to come back for the rest of his life. Even in the book, and the movie too- if you watch closely, there are mentions by Tia Dalma about coming back and breaking the curse.. *shrugs*

yeah, there ARE a couple scenes actually in the movie that SAY Will comes back for good. but nobody listened hard enough the first time around... I only caught it when I saw it a second time.

I didn´t actually get it that he would come back even the second time I saw it. But when I heard it from here, I thought of all those things in the movie that actually were giving hints about it. I think I want to go and see it one more time... maybe.

Yay! I've seen the movie I've seen the movie! :D
...okay. I have me brain back now!

Oh! Thank you so much for telling us!!!!! That isn't so bad then.
They should have made that clear!!

I didn't catch the mentions, but I had rather been hoping that something like that could happen!
I've got to see if the library has the book!

I didn't cry, but my scalp felt charged with electricity when Keira was freaking out and shouting to her father and everything in the movie. She gave such an amazing performance.:D
