Poor Puzzle

Ya, those are good lines, but I don't think that Puzzle is smart enough to say that... I mean, throughout the whole book, all the readers are wanting Puzzle to fnally stand up to Shift, but that's just the point... he has to rely on Shift because Puzzle maybe isn't smart enough to survive on his own. :(
What? You never heard of poetic license? Even fools can speak words of wisdom.

Hey, guys! I'm back after my four year leave. After reading some of my past posts, I can see how silly I was then. In retrospect, I think I was a bit too obsessed with Puzzle.

On the subject of Puzzle - I actually think he's a lot like me (sadly!). Reading the first chapter again was pretty painful because the relationship between him and the Ape (with his twisting words) is extremely liken-able to real life with how nasty people like the Ape do take advantage of the quiet/gulliable/obedient/etc. type. It was just sad - and that's my bit on the subject!

I wouldn't say I'm a great Puzzle fan; I sympathise with him (as I've said) but at the same time, because he does remind me of me, that does also put me off liking him too much. Now, that ape is atrocious!

encouragement from Puzzle's example

Puzzle is a personal encouragement to me that God looks at our hearts and offers forgiveness and restoration in spite of our mistakes. Also even though he was manipulated by Shift, he was rescued and accepted into the True Narnia at the end.
