Prince Caspian Movie

Interesting to note in Paul's postings on the main page that they are on standby to start filming Prince Caspian - apparently the script is nearly completed! Of course it depends on how well LWW does, but we all know it'll rock with all of us racing to theatres don't we?

So your questions on who will play Prince Caspian will soon be answered I am sure.

It sounds like we've a lot to look forward to! :)
 
I got to talk with CSL step son this week at a confince and he said there might not be other moive they just have to take one moive at a time, He said it was up to us fans to let there be more moives.
 
hmm, its like we have to support the LWW first and if its gonna be a super duper blockbuster which i think will be , theyre gonna make the 2nd one? or just like the hobbits we have to file a petition letter? hehehe, whatever will be, and whatever happen i will support all the way. :)
 
There will be another movie. Seriously. Even the BBC made three of them. I just hope they can keep Peter Jackson-like quality throughout the whole series. Prince Caspian can be a beautiful movie if done right.

However, it can be a mere prologue to Dawn Treader if done wrong. :(

Ha, I'll bet that when (not if) LWW is a success, they'll make both Caspian, Dawn Treader, and The Silver Chair, one right after the other, like they did with LOTR and the last 2 Matrix movies.
 
From what I've heard, Disney have signed on to do all seven books. Maybe not with the same director, because the director himself (dunno his name) said that he didn't want to be tied down to so many films. But hey. It's still all the films :D
 
disney has signed on for the first four in the publication order. prince caspian is being planned for a december 2007 release but no decisions have been finalized.
 
Hello everyone i am new. I have been a fan of the books for many years. But i have a question are they making the movies in the order they were written in and not by the numbers on the side of the books?
