yea and parents are letting their kids grow up like that, i have one friend and her mom is christian but she is like really on the wrong track. and she wouldnt be if her mom like tried a little harder (not to sound mean) but her mom lets her do basically anything. she's letting her bring her boyfriend to the shore with them and they're gonna sleep in the same bed!! (she's 12)
im actually trying to convince her not to...x. and i dont think she'll really do it but her pervert cousin is also coming and im afraid he's gonna egg them on so...yah kinda worried about that. im praying for her though.

and yah i know they say "this aint a scene it's a GD arm's race" i hate FOB and the lead singer is soo ugly and fat

o yea, heres a little secret. most of the people who listen to MCR/Panic (the two main punk bands right now) are girls between the ages of 8 and 13 and are imitation goths which is not cool, lame people man. im not good with words -_-

okay, i'll admit, i'm 13 and i like MCR and Panic! (though i'd have to say i like MCR more). but i assure you, i am not an "imitation goth" or emo or anything of the sort. i hate it when people say you're emo or something just because you listen to emo bands like MCR....

Hey peoplerz, how many of u persons like punk/rock? I know I do. So I decided to make a poll vote to know whose peoplez fav. bands. I know which one is mine. ENJOY!

None of the bands in the poll are really punk, and most of the bands mentioned in this thread aren't punk at all. I'm not just talking about those manufactured punk bands that are being mentioned, but also The Fray and Oasis who don't claim to be punk and aren't in any way punk at all.

Anyway, punk died soon after it was born, so there are no decent punk bands around today. The Clash and The Ramones are the only bands of the genre who have released consistently good records, although the former stopped being punk somewhere around their third album.

XD I love greenday... so I don't care what you guys say. I don't really like punk so much, maybe punk rock/ crunk punk (as FF5 says) then yeah it's good. But I like rock sooooooooooo much more. And rock loves me. Yup. My band's totally rock... yupperz.

You don't have to play very well to know what the guitar is supposed to sound like. Yeah, he sounds fine when he's just strumming along to the chorus, but his solos need major surgery. I know people on this forum who are guitar experts that would agree with me on this.

I don't care. I love their music. I love their guitar sound as well and I play guitar myself. When I like a song, it is fine with me. Still the best bands ever are the old rockbands. I have been raised with the music from bands like Queen and they are awesome. But this is my opinion of course.
